Great location, great value, will stay again”
I research as thoroughly as possible for our hotels when time permitted. Manoir Des Arts Hotel was one of the good story to tell. . Great location . Great facility, clean and very pleasant decor . Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. We've gotten so much assistance during our short 2-day stay that we even remember their names: Van Anh & Thảo & Linh. Their willingness to get involved and see to it that our needs will be met. . Dining room was tastefully decorated. Food was excellent, so was service . We particularly like the high ceilings and the choice of fresh colors . Water pressure was great even for the highest floor and temperature was very sufficient. The only thing that we wished was the lighting was more useful for ladies to do their make up We'll definitely stay here again and strongly recommended this hotel.

Hard to beat!!!”
My husband and I started our honeymoon here and boy! what a challenge it will be to meet this same standard again. Quynh and ALL of the staff were beyond lovely, helpful, professional and kind. Cleanliness was very good. Room and (firm) bed size was very comfortable. Had ice brought to our room with a smile each time, negroni cocktails made even though not on the menu, and every other need and question I had was happily taken care of. FYI 10% discount on dinner and drinks purchased in the hotel was a pleasent bonus. The only negatives to share are: The safe in the room is not bolted down (making it kinda useless); The sun loungers are in need of replacing; Would have killed for eggs at breakfast time.

Hai Phong is well underrated as a stop. We enjoyed the slow down in pace from bigger cities and were disappointed to only have the one night. Hotel staff were exceptional and helpful. The hotel is lovely and happy hour in the gentlemans bar downstairs was very classy.

We found this hotel on Agoda and decided to take it for our year-end holiday with my child of 12 years old. Finding it on the website, it first attracted us mainly because of its name suggesting an artistic atmosphere. It turned out a very good decision. And we got more than just an artistic atmosphere. The room was elegantly styled with good facilities. Staff were friendly. The only minus was their food (we took only the breakfast) which was rather simple and not matching with the hotel's concept. The location was great. The surrounding was very clean and safe. the hotel is right next to the beautiful French colonial Hải Phòng Museum, walking distance to the City's Opera House, 'Bính' Habour. We came by train from Hanoi and the hotel was within walking distance from the train station as well. All in all, highly recommended for a family trip.
