Wonderful! Cute decor for our room to celebrate our anniversary. Complimentary takeaway breakfast (drink, bread and fruit) for members. Attentive housekeeping, warm staff at reception. Literally just steps away from monorail station. Highly recommended.

Stopover stay at Mercure Naha”
Hotel service & quality standards good. Only thing is they are still very strict on covid rules which is unfortunate, especially for travellers from the rest of the world who have dropped all the dumb rules. At Mercure must wear plastic gloves to take food buffet. Masks worn at all times. It’s time they drop all these - rest of world has!

Many wonderful parts of the hotel. 1)very good location. Monorail station is just outside the door. Two stops to international street. 10 mins to Naha airport by monorail 2) one family mart and 7-11 in mins walk 3) can rent a car at hotel lobby 4) provide complimentary water in can Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Can be improved: 1) toilet bowl is simple, not Japan standard 2) if you put fresh food in fridge and go out for one day, be careful— you plug out room key, the fridge is also off 3) in general, a room for 2 person is a bit too small. I enjoyed my stay and thanks everything provided by the hotel

There is a monorail station just outside the hotel.it take just ten minutes to and from the Naha International airport.The hotel location makes travelling to shopping street very convenient.The downside is the room is very small with no space for two luggages.Breakfast was ok with quite large choices of food.Strongly recommend this hotel especially u have morning flight.

Hotel right beside monorail station”
Our scheduled flights to and from Okinawa were in the early morning and therefore we couldn’t pick up a rental car from the airport, but I was glad the hotel is right beside the monorail station and this gave us the option of picking up the car from another location without having to drag around our luggages too much. Hotel rooms are small but still larger than the ones we stayed in other parts of Japan. Attractions within Naha can be easily reached by monorail.

We stay 1 night in Sep 2020. Location: Easy to access airport and Kokusai-Dori by monorail. It is also walkable distance to Kokusai-Dori too. The hotel is very close to the station, and there are 2 convenient stores nearby. Facilities: Pretty much Standard as an international hotel chain. Clean and not too small for 2 person. In general, good experience.

The room I booked is small, but its clean! I arrived Okinawa late and so I just needed a place to sleep and Mercure Okinawa Naha Hotel is just perfect. There is a FamilyMart and OTS car rental right beside the hotel which is super!!!! I recommend this hotel!~

Very convenient”
The Mecure Hotel was the perfect choice for my short stay in Okinawa. The monorail right outside the hotel made it very easy to get to the key tourist attractions in Naha such as Shuri Castle and Kokusai-Dori. It is also just a ten minute ride two and from the airport. The hotel has some nice restaurants in its nearby area and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The staff was the best thing about the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and all spoke English fluently. I wanted to visit sites on the north side of the island and the staff arranged for a driver to take me around for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Decent as expected”
Nice, newly-built business hotel, pretty clean and tidy. Small room, but quite decent by Japanese standards. Bathroom is better and bigger than the usual plastic cubicle in Japanese business hotels. Not in the city centre, but not far from it. Monorail station right in front of the hotel, the main bus terminal is about 5mins on foot (not that I'd recommend taking buses in Okinawa-they're ridiculously expensive and slow, renting a car is a must), Kokusai-dori (the main street) is 10-15mins, or 5-10 mins by the monorail. Staff speaks good English, and by good I mean good by international standards, superb by Japanese standards. Overall, very good value for money, but not a good choice for those who'd like to enjoy the beaches and scenery of Okinawa (for that, book a resort hotel outside Naha).

This hotel is quite new and very convenient for touring around Naha. It is right next to the Tsubogawa station. There is also a 24-hour convenient store in front of the hotel. Our room is a bit small but cozy. We would stay here again for our next trip to Okinawa.

The hotel is conveniently located near monorail. Staffs are friendly and helpful for my special request. Car rental service is located in this hotel which smoothen my trip in Okinawa (tho the OTS staff is not so nice). The room is small but definitely clean and new. Price is reasonable.
