Great for the price”
The room size was pretty large compared to other hotels in Japan. The toilet was separate from the bath which was a huge plus. Some of the staff were kind of rude but the rest were very nice. You can hear your neighbors and the cleaning but for the price we got I would do it again

Although the staff were very good and helpful in many different ways, there are a number of issues, mostly due to poor design or neglect, that made our stay too unpleasant at times. Concrete rooms with faux wood flooring (even in the bathroom) are poor materials to use for hotel rooms. There was a horrible high-pitched whining noise Eventually we figured out it was coming from the exhaust fan duct in the shower room. Refrigerator in room made a constant low frequency rumbling noise. Bathroom fan made screeching noise if left on for more than 2 minutes. Sound echoes loudly from hall (guests, housekeeping, elevator). Street noise through the sliding doors. Nice to have a balcony though. AC blows DIRECTLY on you in bed. Set to lowest fan, still much too strong. Remote control doesn't work well, so you have to repeatedly try to get ac to bearable wind direction. Bed uncomfortable. Shower upper bracket way too high, lower bracket broken. No towel hooks in bathroom/ room. Etc. PASS.

I liked their staff friendliness with smiling face whenever we walk in. They are helpful to answer our inquiries. Room was cleaned, sufficient facilities to use, except restroom has a weird smell, this may due to ventilation not strong to circulate fresh air. Overall, we were satisfied with our stayed for 7 nights at Naha West Inn. Thank you! Keep up the good work! 😀👍👍👍

I enjoy my stay in Naha West inn, clean and modern furnishings room, the room is big, however the bathroom including the bathtub is a little small. Family mart locate just outside the hotel. However it is abit far from the Kokusai-dori street and also the train station.

Really love this hotel so much. Thumbs up! Location is good, station is about 10 mins walk and there is family mart + lawson nearby. However, there isn't much restaurant nearby, either walk to the street area or take taxi to nearby restaurant. Staff are super friendly and they assist us whenever we need help (booking taxi and recommending food places). They provide free coffee at the lobby as well. The room is abit small but sufficient for 2 pax, really cozy and it feels like home. Loving the toilet as well and they make up our room daily as well (fresh towels, bedsheet etc) . Definitely will stay here again when I visit Okinawa!

comfortable stay in Naha ”
We both liked the minimalist design of rooms. Stayed in main building for first 3 nights before shifting to new building because of typhoon. Hotel made ample preparations for typhoon so we felt safe throughout stay. Very clean hotel with good quality toiletries (shiseido and pola). Definitely more than 3 stars felt more like a four star hotel. Above our expectations will visit again. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Reasonable price, nice room, and quick check-in and check-out processes. There are construction works around the hotel currently, so the environment may be a little noisy during weekdays. The route from the monorail to the hotel is rather quiet and dark at night, with limited street lights, so best not to stay out too late, though the area seems safe.

A simple half serviced apartment inn”
Booked the room at main building for 3 person. It comes with 3 beds, which is quite rare for hotel in Japan. It doesn’t provide room cleaning unless requested for 1000yen/day. However you can change your towel at the front desk. More parking lots provided by the hotel 5 mins walk away for 1000yen/night. 10 mins walk to the nearest monorail station. 20 mins walk to the popular shopping district.
