It was a very nice stay in the bungalows. They were very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Btw he is a very good chef and cooks fantastic food.
Located in a quite area on top of fields, it is nice and fresh at night to sleep. The owner is a very friendly person. We recommend the place a lot !
A couple of drawbacks: the place is looking a bit dirty and rundown. Also I had to ask for hand soap and take the toilet roll myself. It wasn't provided in the room. The service is great though and everything is very cheap including scooter rental for $5. It was in decent condition too. Also bus ticket to Siem Reap for $9 with free drop off at the bus station. For me the room temperature at night was manageable even in April. Some may find it hot.

“Great for Few Days of Stay”
It super comfortable actually in the evening to sleep. Got the room all for yourself, and your own bathroom. The temperature at night is perfect even in April. Also the affordable bikes is a necessity as well as it is a 5min bike to the center. Thank you for the bike, priced at 1USD per day. I haven’t got the chance to try the breakfast. Not sure if that’s included. They offered me coffee though, though it’s because my bus is at 7AM so they probably don’t have the time to make the breakfast. They arrange a bus going directly to Battambang. Though I didn’t like my experience with that bus ride because at the bus stop, my food was overpriced, a double-pricing for foreigners. The food is 2USD, and the lady added 3 thin strips of meat. I find it embarrassing to be eating that little food whilst the locals beside me have bigger portions. The driver dropped me off at the outskirts of Battambang instead of the city center, about 3Km away. Overall, I recommend this place for solo travelers. The price is steep for backpacking compared to other towns, but it is the cheapest option and in that sense it is keeping backpacking alive. More power to the hosts. The town is good for a few days, but for backpackers it is a race against time as it is a bit costly to stay in this place, and not much to show for it. Trees are lacking in this hot dusty place, and all pavement.
