I was travelling to phnom Phen for my bussiness. Its location is excellent. It located very near to central Market. I went for my shopping at central market every day. Many to buy back. There is a shopping mall closed to this hotel too. overall it is good hotel with excellent location.

We thought overall aspect of check-in and out process, staff response, and room set-up was good. 1 day the breakfast was late, but the remaining mornings were on time. Welcome drink was not offered, I had to ask for it the next day. It was a better experience than I expected. Thank you!

Near central market and Sorya center shopping mall, around 10 minutes walking distance. Not far from riverside as well, less than KHR 5000 by Grab. Big and clean room with reasonable price. Simple breakfast but good enough.

Good location, decent place”
Stayed two nights. Private bed and bath. AC mostly worked. 60+ odd ball channels on a small TV. 24hr check in. no pool or gym. staying at a much nicer place for the same price for the rest of my stay though.

Buffet breakfast was great. Very traditional Khmer cuisine. Need to fill up beverage though, was empty. Bed was very comfortable, large and very spacious. Just need to change bed sheets in between guest bookings. Toiletries very good

Room absolutely stinking of smoke EVERYDAY! ”
Pros: -Big room and comfy bed -Breakfast had variety but mainly Asian delicacies which was just all vegetables Cons: -We booked a non smoking room but people are allowed to smoke outside in the corridor! Our room was STINKING of smoke once being cleaned everyday!! Mentioned this to the man at reception and asked for air freshener but the man didn’t do anything about it despite saying he would!! -Gym falsely advertised online as there is no gym in the hotel anymore -DO NOT eat at the hotel for dinner. It was the worst meal we have ever eaten travelling through SE Asia! My partner ended up getting food posoining!!! Would not recommend this hotel at all.. surely way better budget hotels available (First awful review I have written and we’ve stayed in over 20 hotels!)

The bed was not good. The tub in the bathroom was blocked. The robe to wear wasn't clean.. the worst was no wifi..Poor connection. Never would we come back to that hotel again. Sorry.

Strong cigarette smell along corridor and hotel room”
Big room , not much choice for breakfast and must go early else nothing much left . Cigarette smell very strong whenever come back to hotel room although a big no smoking warning pasted inside the room door . Always so many cigarette buds on the ash tray beside the lift everyday . Food manu inside room with so many recommendation at the hotel restaurant but was told they only serve dinner from 6pm to 9pm . And need to approach the reception counter to find someone to take your food order .
