All around Excellent ”
I arrived in the rain to staff with umbrellas walking me from taxi to the door. I had planned to relax at the beach however it rained the two days I was there. The staff was able to help me sort and arrange tours for the day I arrived. The next day the staff gave me other ideas of activities and called taxi for prices. He thought the taxi to monkey mountain was too expensive so he offered to scooter me when he had his free time. We drove to the top stopping along the way and sharing info. He took pictures for me as well. When we got back to the hotel I offered to pay but he said no, it was FREE! Highly recommend!

Problem with cleanness of the hotel”
It is hard to say, but the cleanness of the rooms is just superficial. After you open the door, you fell nice smell. But then you find big roaches in the bathroom and you realize, that the smell is probably some spray against insect. In the hotel area outside are sewer rats. The hotel staff is nice, but they don´t understand English very well. Be careful by the breakfast - if you order coffee, you´ll pay for it (in the price of the room with breakfast is only food). But you can drink tea, which is on the table, it is free, but rather ask before you drink it. Nobody will worn you.

Construction going on in building”
Everything about the hotel was great.. Room was spacious and very clean.. except the matresses (you could feel the wires poking you!) and that on the day we checked in, there was a construction project going on and the whole building was shaking to The noise!!! The staff were very helpful and kind; apologized and moved us to another room in another block..

My stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing. The location is good and the room was well appointed, but the bad smell in the room made the stay unenjoyable. The hotel had placed roach poison in the wardrobe making it unusable plus the toxic smell permeated the rest of the room. Breakfast was not to my liking, but it might be a matter of taste.

Not too happy about this place. ”
The hotel looks very nice from the outside and on the website, but the facilities are very old. The room is very old and the furniture as well. I only stayed for 2 nights so it was ok but I would not go back. The room wasn't even cleaned the 2nd day until I asked them to at 6pm. I would pay a few dollars more and stay at a nicer place.

Nous avons passé une nuit. C'était très très bruyant, les chambres sont très mal isolées. J'ai été réveillée plusieurs fois à cause du bruit extérieur. Matelas durs et trop vieux. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Je ne vous recommande pas cet endroit

ツインを予約したのに通されたのはダブル、そんな事は些細なことで ”
テト期間中、旧暦の元旦に訪れたのにも関わらず笑顔で迎え入れて頂いて、第一印象は非常に良かったのですが、部屋に入った時点で印象が変わりました まず、水周りが壊滅的に汚かったのです シャワーノズルが便座の上にあるのはもちろん、シャワー室の壁や便器に濡れて貼り付いたトイレットペーパーが残っていました シャワー室の床にもシャワーを流すとゴミが流れていくのがわかりました 洗面台は手を洗った際の水で、こべりついた汚れが流れました 水周りは全く掃除されていませんでした 歯ブラシ等もありましたが、カビだらけの棚の中に、使いかけの昔の歯みがき粉と共に入っていました 設備が古いのは仕方ありませんが、全く手入れされていませんでした 洗面台は水平が保たれていないため、固形石鹸を置こうとすると滑ってしまい、排水溝に落ちます シャワー室はドアが閉まらず、中からカギを閉めないと勝手に開きます ハンガーは劣化が進みささくれだっていました シャワー室のスリッパは鼻緒？が切れており踏むことしか出来ません テレビは映りません コンセントはプラグが刺さりません また、サービスも非常に悪く テト期間中だから朝食を探すのが大変だろうと思い、朝食付きを予約したにも関わらず、テト期間中だから無いと言われました フロントはフロントにいても宴会をしており、だいたいの時間は居ません 外から帰って来た時も誰もおらず、カギを受けとれず、2、3分叫び続けやっとスタッフが来ました セキュリティーに非常に不安を感じました しかも、その際にソーリーの一言すらありませんでした コンビニやバーが有ると書かれていたのですが、それらは無く これらはテト期間中だからなのかも知れませんが、掃除の件に関しては納得出来ません また、セキュリティーの感覚もその程度なのだなと思いました 様々な国のドミトリーにも泊まり、外れの対応を受けたことはあっても、こんな外れの宿は初めてです オススメしません
