    Accomodation mix up but well resolved”

    The staff, the accomodation and the location.
    The cabin we were given was not as described by Booking.com and was not suitable for our needs. We booked a two bedroom cabin with two twin beds but got a 1 bed with a loft bed. The campsite were excellent at resolving this issue. One if our bedrooms are very small and the beds are only accessible from one side. Not a problem for us but worth being aware of.

    The location of the property is just awesome. Perfect for weekend gateway from Stockholm.
    There should be more activities . This property has full potential of having many more indoor, outdoor activities like table tennis, tennis, badminton , foosball, kayaking, zip lining and what not.

    Friendly staff, discounted cost of cleaning because accommodation was not as expected. Location very good - town within easy walking distance. Beds very comfortable
    Not sure whether the property or Booking.com responsible, but description of two bedroom cabin was misleading. The second bedroom was a very low loft space accessible only by a free standing ladder.

    I liked the quitness and that I could at least have a good sleep.
    The bathroom was dirty and stank very bad. In the fridge there were old items that were expired (also didn't smell nice). When I tried to use the electric cooker to cook some food the electricity kept on going off. Had to go outside to look for the electric box to turn it back on. The second time I tried cooking again and the electricity for everyone turned off. I went again and turned it on, and did not continue to cook.

    The view from our cabin was very nice and there was plenty of activities for our girls. The cabin was simple but comfortable enough. Special mention to the staff who were kind and attentive, and always a genuine smile on their faces.
    Nothing major but, there were no nets on the windows so we had to cope with the mosquitoes. Not many, mind you, but still annoying to wake up with the “zzzzzzz” noise in your ear in the middle of the night. :-)

    Nice cottage and lovely surrounding
    In description there was no information about departure cleaning, that it is not included in the price. This was reported only after booking the cottage and when it was no possibility to cancel it. The guests should clean the cottage themselves or pay for it. It would be good if this information we could find before making the order.
