Incredible Resort Facilities for a Fraction of the Cost”
This place is a hidden treasure. While it is advertised as Ocean Front Campgrounds, this is owned and operated by Ngwe Saung Yacht Club, a beautiful, high-end resort. You check in at the main resort reception desk. The "lofts" are inexpensive rooms on the grounds of the resort. They are actually very nice rooms - we found the bed comfortable, and the room and bathroom were big. They are very close to the beach. The wifi was slow but worked pretty well. The electricity is on 24/7, unlike many other places in this town. Being on the resort grounds gives you access to an incredible infinity pool right on the beach with comfortable loungers and cabanas, a bar, nice bathrooms, with the resort restaurant right behind it. We spend most of our days by the pool. The beach here is also nice. The included breakfast is amazing. The staff is so nice. There is a small restaurant across the street with cheaper food which we actually liked better than our dinner at the resort. Stay here!

Excellent option for a quiet WE. ”
The campground is a beautiful garden with impeccable facilities ( tables and benches, showers, toilet). Tent was in good condition, with electricity, WIFI access and plugs for charging phones besides mattresses, towels, pillows, tooth brush and water ! The campground and hotel facilities were quiet; the buffet (included in the price) was plentiful and good; pool very well maintained; I would recommend though to camp when weather is cool as we felt the difference from one day to another when weather was hot and shiny versus covered and cooler; tent heats up quickly . The hotel provided without costs and with a smile at 6 am on my departure day an incredible mechanical service when my car failed to start. My battery was drained due to a light left on. The hotel had a truck battery ready at hand to charge my flat car battery! We also received a breakfast box since we were going to miss the buffet! The hotel is a bite out of town which allows for cleaner beaches

As close to a ressort as possible (without the costs)”
Tents were a bit aged but we didn't mind. Showers are only cold but we didn't mind. It's so beautiful and serene, the campground just a few steps from the beach (which seems to be cleaned daily). The staff is super friendly. There's WiFi all day long. Situated on the campground is also a nice restaurant with a beautiful view, the prices are about the same as in the village. This is also were the extensive breakfast is served.

Easy camping with the kids”
Ok, it's not for camping purists, but it sure is an easy way to go camping. Full use of all the facilities of the Yacht club, including pool, and amazing breakfast and restaurant. Only downside is that it is a bit far to get to town, oh and the camping showers don't have hot water which my 5 year old was not impressed with. Gave him a bucket shower (South East Asian tradition) from the water vessels that are at the front of your tent as it warms up during the day. Would be nice if we were able to have campfires in the campground and also not enough shade on the beach for little ones to play in the sand is a bit annoying.

Really well looked after”
We stayed in a loft in the campgrounds, but could still use all the facilities. It was nice for us to be a bit separated from the main hotel as it was quieter. The lofts are basic but benefit from 24 hour electricity, AC, hot water, TV and a fridge. Really comfy bed too. We could hear the waves crashing in the beach at night. Beach and water is really clean. Hotel pool is large and clean. Hotel staff are very well trained and professional at all times. Food in restaurant is mix of Asian and Western, and very good it was too! Great buffet breakfast, especially the egg station! We would recommend highly and will be going back soon! Thanks to all.

Fine Place to Relax”
Our stay was in the "Lofts", which were actually one story, permanent structures. The best part about this place was access to the facilities of the adjacent Ngwesaung Yacht Club. Beautiful pool looking out onto your own beach. The NYC is a bit pricey for food and drinks, but if you want to be frugal, there's a decent budget restaurant just across the street. Nearby Northpoint Restaurant is closed in the rainy season

Wonderful”
We stayed 3 nights at the end of january in the beach view loft room. Great option for budget travelers. Room was spacious with air conditioning, hot water, fridge and king sized bed. Excellent facilities including a beautiful pool and lots of nice lounge chairs. The beach was clean, quiet and even had a life guard. The staff and service were great, received the same treatment as Yacht Club guests as they are through the same hotel. The best part was the huge tasty buffet breakfast. Highly recommend. They also have a restaurant called North Point a little on the far side of the resort, it seemed to not be well advertised but was delicious and much more affordable than their main restaurant. They will even drive you there in a golf cart.

Peaceful but pricey”
Really the only problem with the campground was value for money paid. As the camping costed $50 / night US, it's an outrageous price to pay for camping. We had 2 drinks at the hotel which cost $16. Bathrooms were clean and campground nearly empty due to price.

Great location & super nice staff”
We booked a loft room, everything is clean and sunny smell. Sharing facilities with Yatch club resort, quite pleasant. NYC occupies ~1km beach, no conflict with others resort, enjoy walking/swimming/surfing. Well trained and super nice staff as well. A little bit higher price than others resort.

Great Place for relaxing!”
This place is awesome. The staff is ery friendly, enthusiastic and honest. Especiallu the housekeeping Manager, he is very sensitive, he understand what customer (me) want, and bring the best services for them. When I just traveled alone, He took me to visit around this Beach with his staff and told me many stories about this place, the local people... ! Excellent experiences! This place is quite far from the town, but in return it's very consistent with the backpacker, with fresh, peace space, and great view. This camping ground located at Ngwe Saung Yacht club & Marina Hotel. So you should ask the local about that hotel, not many of them know this place ^^!

Campsite next to serene beach”
the hotel is belong to Yatch club and Marina hotel which located at the end of the beach...and that means quiet and less crowed. our tent is ok, a bit old but clean...have an electricity plug to charge our stuffs was a big surprise for sleeping in the tent. u can also walk to the nearby Lover island when it's low tide. the beach is super wide and water still clean. recommend for person who looking for a serene place to stay, by the way there is one restaurant just in front of the yatch club and marina hotel, the food price is acceptable and the taste is good.

Good value, nice surroundings and very friendly staff”
We enjoyed a very nice stay in Ngwe Saung, right next to the beach, with sea view from the tents. Everybody in the staff is very friendly and takes very good care of the guests, and take their time to talk to you. Making changes in the booking because of flight delays was no problem. Breakfast was excellent, had a wide variety of options, with many dishes changing from one day to the other. Wifi isn't bad either, the connection is fast from the restaurant facilities, not too strong connection from our tent, but that was a minor issue. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to Ngwe Saung. Would have appreciated though having a shuttle to Ngwe Saung village to easily get to the restaurants and other things to do there if you feel like seeing something else. Motorcycle taxis are available though for around 3-4000 MMK back and forth.

Above all expectations ”
Right at the beach with all facilities of the luxury hotel right next to. Nice staff, very clean. Amazing breakfast. A little far from the village but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The tents are big and nice. We’re very happy with our stay.

Value for money”
Tents are in good shape, all come with electricity, daily cleaning and toiletries. The breakfast is simply fantastic. All resort's facilities, including free towels at the infinity pool, are included in the price. The only true downer is lack of hot water in the campsite's bathrooms. It is a bit far out from the Ngwe Saung village and there are not many dining options in the area (though the resort has two restaurants, both of them more expensive than the restaurants in the village).

"Glamping" not camping ”
You get the amenities of a five star hotel, while camping: infinity pool, awesome breakfast buffet, watersport gear, etc. Your tent receives maid service once a day like a regular room! The employees are more than friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We would definitely return.

Closed to the beach, nice pool and simple tent”
I stay 3 night in the tent, it was way too expensive for the vaule but since 25th-27th Dec is national holiday, so everywhere is fully booked and double the price, so I stay here. Location is good, at very end of the beach which is quite, less people, amazing infinity pool, highlight of the hotel, decent breakfast, helpless stuff. But can hear the ocean to fall alseep I can not complain about that. Tent is quite a nice tent, wifi is working, Aldo there has electric inside the tent which is good.

Excellent”
I really liked staying in the tents! good value for money and the use of the swimming pool and breakfast of the Ngwe Saung yacht club is really great! There is however a huge light, on the lighthouse (not for boats), shining into the tents, which is too much light for some people to sleep. And the toilet and shower area needs some TLC and more hooks, but otherwise a great stay!! will go again.

Great place for the last few days in wonderful and friendly Myanmar. ”
Huge delicious international breakfast, beautiful “infinity” pool like everyone here called it and cute simple inexpensive lofts with AC and 4-6 English Chanel’s. Very clean and very friendly stuff with mostly good English. We stayed 6 days.

Good value for money for young budget travellers”
Can use Ngwe Saung Yacht Club's facilities - swimming pool, buffet breakfast. However the tent area is not windy and so hot in morning and during the day
