fantastic location. was able to walk to main Gatlinburg city centre for food which was a big plus. but main reason to stay here was food the kitchenette. 1 bedroom had a very spacious living room and complete kitchenette with stove, microwave and coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Gatlinburg again. locked laundry room was downstairs on ground floor. had to pay 1.25 to wash and 1 for dryer but it's definitively worth it for the convenience. the place was getting a fresh coat of paint on facade when I was staying there.. but the interior needs some refurbishing as well. sofa needs replacement as spring was broken in one of seats.. pots and pans are ready to be thrown out..
