definately not 4 star”

The Staff were very friendly and accomodating but the hotel itself was not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The Internet would work in the corridor but not in the room. We changed room about 4 time without any real difference and gave up on the hotel wifi. The carpet has seen better days. The room was only cleaned if we asked and even then the floor was not hoovered. We asked for the room to be cleaned three times and each time the beds were made and towels replaced but the floor still had bits of crisps that had fallen still there. price was good was very good if it had the qualities of a four star restaurant but it didn't. The room did not have a fridge but the staff brought one from another room. However anything we put in there was not chilled so we can only presume it was not functioning.

Reception staff were nice ,bar staff helpful , a very helpful housekeeping staff ,Rkia she was really nice And helpful, only was a bit loud with music untill 1.30 am but wasn't a problem for me. I.might come back again .

Bad experience Omega Hotel ”

We arrive in the late afternoon around 20.30, at the reception they tell us the hotel was full and we have to go to another hotel 1.5 km far and is was really low quality and cleaning.

Cheap and the beach isn’t far by walk. Good restaurants are little bit farer. The breakfast was disappointing. BUT!We had a really good travel guide who organised all activities for us. Choose Ahmed or his friend,they did low prices for us and helped a lot.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. But the problem was the Hotel itself. This hotel need a lot of work to be a real Hotel. The room was so old and the cigarette smell was everywhere. The blankets was yellow because of a lot of using. There was water leakage in the bathroom as the shower was flooded. We just stayed few hours in hotel. And we stayed out most of the time then we left so early to the airport.

Place is not a big fancy resort but what you get for what you pay is amazing. The staff are amazing, so helpful, will do anything for you. Nothing is too much trouble. restaurant and bar are nice and so is pool. Great base for getting out and about. Loved it everytime we have been.

The property is located near the beach. The room was clean. Front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. However, maid service didn't clean my room. Sometimes there were issues with hot water, but all in good it is a great value.

This is the most rubbish hotel that I have ever stayed in for 2 nights No hot water for a bath No heating You ask for room service and you wait for one hour that's is they remember you. Trust me it's the worst hotel you'll stay in.

Really run down and dirty ”

I stayed only one night but my impression was that the place has seen better days in the past. My room was quite dirty. At least 500 ml of water dropped out of the AC during the day and it was insanely loud, which is why I turned it off as soon as I entered. Also, there were stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom quite dirty. The shower head didn’t work properly either. The guy that showed me the room didn’t care too much and was not very motivated to do a good job in general. The location is also not really nice. It’s a quite far walk to the beach through a miserable and sad area. Better book something closer to Agadir marina. I was called at 9:30 PM by the reception that I should come down to the lobby. Turned out to be some guide that tried to sell be trips. Definitely a no go at night. I’d prefer the hotel providing information when and if I ask and not allow third party sellers call my room number at night. Not very professional. Would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing place”

Fantastic value for money. Nice rooms. Staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food in restaurant is amazing. All in all a nice place to enjoy a chilled time.
