We had a sleepless night in a different hostel the night before. Page 63 was such a drastic difference in every way. Great stay would recommend this hostel.

No frills, good location - quiet yet convenient”
Located at the end of a T-junction, Page 63 is easily identifiable from afar. It's a great place to stay and make friends! No frills and lovely ambient. Only qualm would be that the air-con at the ground level can be kept on so people can congregate there when the host have left the building in the late evening.

Rooms,floor,pantry all are perfectly cleaned. And its clean all the time. The cleanliness kills my tiredness back to the hotel during noon after a long journey towards the day. Bravo. Staffs are helpful. Didnt mind for the unavailablity of the toiletries because its far from cheap. Distance from attraction is not that far and to me its strategic because you can still walk to the 1st Avenue Mall and Penang street art. Only difficulities in finding small shops for needs. And GrabCar apps cant locate the location of the hotel unfortunately. However using Uber as an alternative is perfect in order to going back to the hotel. And one more thing the iron board is damage. Maybe you guys can fix it or get a new one. Chargeable washing machine is available. 24/7 complimentary breads,coffee and tea are one of my favourite especially the pantry! Its tremendously calmed with stunning decoration. Favourite spot among all. Surely recommended this hotel. Good job guys. Till we meet again!

Cheap, good stay”
We stayed in private deluxe room. It was clean, simple, and should be big enough for most, I’m not comfortable with small spaces, but this is totally fine. All your basic needs is available, the iron, water, coffee and tea, and breads available in public area. The host was nice. If I have to complain, the bed is a bit hard for my liking, and the wall is thin. But it’s not too noisy at night, overall it’s a good stay. And they don’t charge extra for weekends I think. Considered cheap for a good stay in Georgetown.

Nothing offensive, els se u erncounter african people in the backpackarers pubs. Every city and country has issues, penang has african students. They are very rude and arrogant , sorry to say but local cutizens of penang are very good, its only the outsiders.

A perfect one”
We stayed in a mixed double bed dorm...it was pleasant stay adjacent to many sites around Georgetown..even very near to Jetty food court..and owner was awesome and pretty helpful...plus to add on breakfast including bread, butter,jam,tea and coffee is free 24 x7.. washrooms well maintained and cleaned.. highly recommended for backpackers

Everything was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very cosy and the rooms habe a special decoration. We even decided to stay during the whole 5 days of our Georgetown trip instead of just 2 days. :)

Great owners and clean hostel ”
The hostel is located about 600m from Love Lane and the dorms are very clean and quiet. There is free toast and jam 24/7 which is great when you come back late at night and want abit of food. The owner griffin and the other guy are very friendly and very helpful. Advice if you coming from KL, it is easier to take a bus to butterworth and then take the ferry across to Penang. The hostel is about 1.2km from the ferry terminal. WILL STAY AGAIN

Suitable for those who plans to spend their days travelling around Goergetown or other places, and only need a nice a cheap sleeping accommodation. The nearest bus station is of walking distance. They provide free brochures and guidelines for travellers of interesting places around Penang. The staff also helps recommended several places for you to visit.

Good but still not good enough”
Located in the heart of downtown Georgetown. Easy to walk anywhere. But if you walk from the ferry port, it is about 10-15 minutes away. The hostel premise is clean. I stayed one night. There are two disadvantages to me. The men's hostel room is dark. The light is not turned on even at night. And that makes the mosquitoes active. I think it's possible to turn on the lights but next to the switch there is a warning to save energy. Finally no one dares to turn on the lights. No light from outside. The nights are a bit cold so bring your own blanket as the blankets provided are quite small. Oh yeah, when I checked in until I checked out, the staff never smiled at me. From the moment I entered, I didn't feel welcome. When I wanted to check out, the staff didn't greet me at all. From there I made the decision, I will not come again even if it is cheap.

I had a nice stay here. The price is good. The hostel is clean and cool.. nice design and layout. The rooms are private, box type hostel. Comfortable. The owners are nice and helpful. A bonus of this place is that you get a cooked breakfast.. toast, eggs,sausage, coffee or tea.. so Pretty good value for money all in all! I also caught up with all my laundry here.. Laundry is 10 Ringit for a full wash. Would recommend.. Oh, also location is good.
