This is without a doubt my favorite resort in Taiwan. The resort focuses on three important aspects: 1.) 5 star experience throughout the stay 2.) Exceptional facilities such as pool, dining and rooms 3.) Outstanding customer service from door to exit I will definitely be coming back here, it is a great little getaway from the big cities. The price is definitely worth the quality. Also a great place for everyone, including families, couples, and even younger people who like to have fun! 10/10 experience all around!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was fantastic to have a hot spring bath after riding bikes to the paddy field. The kids love the private pool in the villa. Great place to visit again and again.

Absolutely loved our stay there. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Thumbs up to the villa. Lots of activities inside the resort, as well as in its surrounding. Highly recommend their tractor-train ride. Most of their activities require additional fee. Will return for sure!

Villa is a superb place to stay”
The villas at the Papago are truly fantastic. Your own private place, with so much space and comfort. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and with a very high level of fittings and furnishings. Having your own pool is the cherry on top. The rest of the facilities are Papago just add to the overall value. We have stayed there twice, and I'm sure it won't be long before we are back again.

Overall a nice villa”
First of all, Papago resort was a good choice for vacation, I'd hope it would still a good choice for future stays. Location wise, environment wise, it's located at a quiet and a small village, air and water are freshly clean which are all positive, oppositely, food choices in this small town here can be very limited, the foods Papago Resort serves here are just about average Regarding the resort, some furnitures, facilities of the resort need to be renewed in my opinion since we've been here every year but everything is getting old and mostly the same as 10 years ago. The shower in our villa this time is smelly. Sofa has been renewed which is nice, just still the Papago Resort have spaces, opportunities can continue improve for better stay experience.

Not worth it for the money they charge”
-Not worth the price you pay…👎 -The location is good… View is nice.. I loved it. -Rooms are clean and fresh -Facilities are not impressive for the price we pay. - Breakfast is decent - swimming pool was closed as it was cold this time in Dec. but they should have indoor pool too. This is bummer for the price we pay. - most disappointing aspect was they charged us for the hot spring. After paying so much high still I had to pay 250 NTD per person. 👎 Why?? - children play area was not impressive. Most of the time closed. Need to follow very tight schedule and even after following the schedule we found it to be closed. COME ON? This is so hopeless. Why not have it open for the whole day ?? - they call it international resort but most of the front desk staff or other staff can not speak English and you need to struggle even to get basic information. I also found that front desk staff was not very friendly.. They have good location but need to improve so that customers would feel happy to spend the kind of money they charge… I won’t recommend it till that happens …

a resort that leaves no wishes open”
our stay at papago international resort was very pleasant and enjoyable. we were a very diverse age group (3-60years/old) but loved the bicycle ride around the resort through the tranquil east rift valley with its stunning rice paddys and other agricultural produce. the buffet was at times untidy and not of top standard - but otherwise the resort get full points from us! we also highly enjoyed the karaoke session.

Good resort hotel but a bit pricy”
This is a resort style hotel. The room is very spacious. The hotel has many recreational facilities such as kids room, karaoke room, table tennis room etc. My kids enjoyed the kids room very much. The hotel also has hot spring spa at a small cost. The bath tub water is also from hot spring. In general, if you are not rushing for time and can spend a bit more time in the hotel, then it's a good choice to relax and unwind. But for travellers who are only staying there for 1 night and have no time to use its facilities, there are more economic options out there.
