Pros : Excellent Hotel we would say is the best hotel, we have stayed throughout our Taiwan trip. as we have been swopping hotels throughout our vacations From Taipei > Kaoshiung > Hualien > Back to Taipei for our final stay before flying back to Singapore. In total we have stayed 4 hotels and we did a benchmark for all our hotel. We would rate Park City Hotel as #1 for Room Comfortness and amenities provided for all our hotels we have stayed. The staff in the hotel are all welcoming and friendly to us. Overall we just felt that the hotel needs to improve on the breakfast buffet offering, we felt it does not match other hotel standards. Such as the lack of "Western foods in breakfast buffet" Example "Western fried rice, fried eggs,omelette Smoke Sausage, Waffles, Hotcakes"

Strategic Location!”

I stayed at Park City Hualien for two nights for my family holiday. We loved the location! 7 eleven, street foods, and cafés were all within walking distance. The staffs were very helpful, informative, and friendly. The breakfast also very various, there were local dishes, vegetarian dishes, and others. If there's one thing that should be improved it would be the room design, the windows were very small, it lacked sunlight which left us kind of ..suffocating? but overall! it was a great experience staying at Park City Hotel Hualien !

It was really a pleasant stay. I would totally recommend friends to stay here if they are looking for a hotel in Hualien. Room was spacious, everything was clean and it was really a pleasant stay. Location of hotel is at the heart of everything. Hotel breakfast can be improve though. Other than that Park City Hotel - Hualien Vacation is almost perfect!

Clean Hotel with Washer Dryer facilities”

Sincerely appreciate the cleanliness & washer/dryer facility in this hotel. Location-wise, it’s about 15min walk to the famous night market. A little inconvenient to walk during rainy days, but then, you can always grab a taxi for TWD100 to get to the night market. All in all, I would stay with Park City Hotel again if I ever visit Hualien City

Probably one of the best hotels in Hualien. Very helpful and responsive staff, large clean rooms, nice breakfast and good location. Very good value for the money. You can't go wrong staying at Park City Hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and spoke English. There are plenty of options for breakfast from local food to Western. The hotel is a 10min taxi ride from Hualien Railway Station. And is located in the middle of the city. Close by are lots of 7-11s, FamilyMarts, places to eat. Highly recommended,

Good Location”

The location is in the center of the city on the most busy street in hualien. Around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the dongdamen night market. Surround also got a lot of good food and local souvenirs. Hotel room are very spacious and clean with a big shower area. Good spread of breakfast also.

Clean and big room”

We stayed in a deluxe room. Room is really huge and spacious. There is a work desk, big bed (though it is two beds combined into one but we are fine with it). Cabled TV channels keep us well entertained. Huge toilet as well with Long bathtub, separate shower (no rain shower), toilet with seat warmer. Hot water takes a while to come on but it’s fine. Very comfortable and pampered stay. There is a male receptionist who picked us up from the train station. He is really polite. When he was on shift, he would help us press the lift and bowed as the lift door closes. Other staff are fine just not as superb as him. Would come back to this hotel on our next trip to Hualien.

Great location. Located close to the "golden triangle" of hualien city. However it is a 10 min drive from the railway station. Room value for money. Was given an upgrade to a family suite. However there seems to be a smell in its toilet. Other than that, all are fine. Staffs are professional.

Good hotel to stay in however location is a bit far from Train station”

We love to stay in this hotel. we extend for another night, after stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel room is very spacious, good selection of breakfast and friendly & helpful staffs. The only draw-back is that the hotel is far from train station and night market hence it is kind of difficult to travel around unless you have your own car. Furthermore the public bus in Hualien city is poor and didn't follow its planned schedule. Hence you might miss your connecting bus to Tarako, beaches and other places which happened the main bus station is next to the train station.

Grand room, dirty shower”

Without doubt this was one of the grander hotels in Hualien with excellent facilities and amenities. Our room came with a huge bathroom and king bed as requested, and had an excellent view. The staff was extremely helpful . The only downside was that we found a small clump of hair in the shower and it looked like the cleaning was rushed. However the rest of the room was clean and well prepared. Overall it was still a good stay.

Hotel is situated at the fringe of night market triangle of Hualien which is within walking distance. We had a great stay as we found the staff extremely helpful. The room itself was clean and functional. The hotel also have free laundromat in the building.

Park city was one of the best hotel i have stayed for a budget approx 100SGD per night, it is located near the shopping district and food is available nearby, the staff were very thoughtful and friendly, there is even free self-laundry services, breakfast as international buffet as standard, the room which i booked was large, toilet itself is the size of a room midtown hotel at ximending, space and furniture was usable. recommended hotel

Stayed 2 nights here. Had the twin room without windows. The staff were very friendly and came out to help us with our bags from the Taxi. Very nice of her as it was raining too. Check in was swift and courteously done. She also directed us to the lift and helped us get into it. The room was larger than we expected and spacious. It had all the usual hotel amenities. We also had enough place to hang out clothing and put luggages. The carpet can be shampooed though, there were stains on them. The hotel is close to the business district. On the first night, we took a wrong turn and walked a long way but it’s actually only 5 min walking. There’s many local products for gifts and eateries around. Shops close quite early around 9pm. Also walking distance to the night market but it’s quite a disappointment going there. Traffic around the area can be abit chaotic but bare in mind it’s a more rural part as compared to Taipei. The breakfast was good enough with many selections. From noodle to bread, fruits, soup, bacon or sausage etc. an excellent start to the day. It was nice that they also had a laundry room which is free to use. But I think it would be better if they had staff to monitor use as some selfish people hoarded both machines constantly on repeat mode to prevent others from using. One negative thing is that the toilet may smell like mild sewer in the morning. Maybe the odor from the pipes rush up? My brother couldn’t smell it but my nose is sensitive. The shower head in my room also flopped down. They have not repaired that for a while I think. Not too big an issue as it still could be used. Generally a good hotel stay in Hualien in the city center.

Superb service from staff and helpfulness. Brand new hotel and everything's so clean and tidy. Bonus was the self service laundry room which helped after all the hiking in Taroko. Biggest disappoint was the limited time I had in Hualien..

Four star hotel with very affordable price”

The service, cleanliness and facilities are way beyond our expectation. We stayed for 1 night, near to eatery and walking distance to Dongda night market. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The only down point is probably the breakfast. Choices of breakfast are quite limited. Will definitely go back if we were to visit hualien again :)

Stay Park City for Vacation”

I have stayed Park City in Taipei before, this time we are trying out at Hualian. This hotel have given us a very good impression. Room were clean and spacious, with most basic items available. The staff were always greeting us whenever we pass the reception area. Check-in was smooth and help us arrange taxi when we need check-out. Thumb up for this hotel
