Nice location in a local residential area and still close to main tourist attractions”
Stayed two nights in this hotel, the room was spacious and we had a nice view over the ski slop. The location is not within tourist main attraction but easy walk (around 25 mins) to the Gamla Stan, and close to the jetty where you can get on the ferry to other islands/areas for free. The hotel is situated in the local residential area, which is beautiful with many cafes and shops. The buffet breakfast was very nice too!

The location was great - just a few minutes walk to the tramstop The staff at the front desk is not very accommodating. We informed the hotel in our booking that we would arrive around 11.00 am. When we arrived at the hotel, we were to told that the check in was after 15.00 o'çlock. We asked if we could leave our things in a storage and that was ok. When we got in there I was asked to put our things at a higher place, although there was enough space at the floor. This is not a reply you expect at a 4* hotel. On our other questions we only got a basic reply and no additional info. For example: we asked how to get to the city center. We were told to take the tram, but we were not told where we could find this; we had to ask that again. The staff in the restaurant (for breakfast) was very courteous, friendly and hospitable.

Weekend stay in Stockholm”
The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and has spacious basic rooms. The hotel gym was not operational due to renovation, so I had to use a gym with another hotel about one kilometre away. The location is somewhat peripheral in a new part of the city with lots of shops and some restaurants.

We never come across such a poor hotel service before. We arrived late night and yet hotel room was not ready. The next day also never provide room cleaning. We asked for at least bath tower change but the front desk totally ignored our request.

Great Stay!”
Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options including fresh coffee, made-to-order eggs, and staff to clean up the plates (and replenish) the food as needed. The staff was SO kind to hold our luggage as we took a quick trip to another country...they kept them for free! It was a huge relief and greatly appreciated. It's a bit far from the city center but the public tram makes it very accessible to get there with only one transfer. We plan to come back to this hotel should we ever visit Stockholm again.

awesome hoel choice. hotel is centrally located, close to public transport. Hotel staff was attentive, rooms were clean and the inclusive breakfast breakfast was better than most. I would recommend for anyone visiting Stockholm, who wanted to experience a quiet setting, expiencing a neighborhood feel, yet close to everything and easy access to the amazing public transport system Stockholm has to offer. You can't go wrong with this wise choice.

Wrong Location”
This is a decent business hotel - like a good IBIS Friendly staff Scandinavian style rooms with all that implies Good breakfast Poor room WIFI - this need s upgrading with better routers on each floor. Hopeless, had to use 4G Taxi to central Stockholm about 300SKr each way For tourists this is the wrong location Next time, as a tourist, I would go with Radisson Blue Agoda should have more accurate description of location. Using straight line distances is obfuscation. Change it or risk charges of fraud. Stockholm is built on islands. Straight line distances are designed to give the wrong information.

Great Hotel”
The breakfast was a buffet and it had a really great spread (including made-to-order eggs). The staff was not only helpful with getting us around the city but also allowed us to leave our luggage (for free!) while taking a quick weekend trip to Lativa. The room had black out curtains which was great as it got dark later at night. It's about a 3-5 minute walk from the tram that can take you to the main part of the city but it's a straight shot and very easy to find. Food markets were nearby as well as a walking path along the river for a nice evening stroll.

Nice rooms and great breakfast”
Really nice rooms with comfy beds and big windows, which you actually can sit in and watch the view. As always with Radisson you get a great breakfast. Nice that you can use the sauna, fitnessroom and relax on the top floor.

Great Location”
This hotel is 100 metres from the Sickla Kaj tram station. And from there you can easily connect with all the train am metro and ferry. It is a nice comfortable hotel and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The best thing would have to be the delicious, creamy scrambled eggs. One downside was that after a long days travel, I ordered a drink at the bar, but was advised that particular red wine was only sold by the bottle, which I didn't want. It was only a merlot, nothing special. They also have a different type of air conditioning, and so I always found the room a bit too hot. Apart from this two minor things, I would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel, good location Clean and cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Breakfast is also good: you can choose a meal for every taste. Pancakes with some jam and cheese were amazing. Near the hotel, there is a tram stop where you can reach the metro. Also close to the hotel there is a grocery store. Spent a really nice time here.
