The hotel itself is very good – the rooms are spacious, clean, and the price is excellent. However, my stay was quite uncomfortable because of the noise. The walls are very thin, and I could hear everything from the next room. The TV in the neighboring room was on all night, one guest was constantly coughing, and at midnight kids were playing and crying in the corridor. Unfortunately, no one – neither the parents nor hotel staff – intervened. I did complain, and the hotel responded instantly, which I appreciate. Overall, I really liked the hotel, but I could not sleep well due to the noisy environment around me.

Booked very last minute due to a change of plans. Great location, super helpful and kind staff. Got a room upgrade so my room was even better value. Very spacious, clean, comfy bed and pillows and a huge bathroom. I ordered a breakfast room service which was 20% off, making the continental breakfast very generous. I didn't get chance to use the hotel much more than that but it was a great stay and the staff were so welcoming. Will stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Park Regis Business Bay. The location is excellent—central and well-connected, making it convenient for both business and leisure. This was a very memorable stay. Everything was on top level. The room was spacious and clean, with blackout curtains for comfortable sleep. Breakfast was tasty. The staff took care of everything professionally. Especially Labib ! He was proactive to assist me when I checked , and was also very friendly and helpful when I checked out. Value for money and business friendly amenities are exceptional Staff are sooo friendly and accommodating, my only regret is that I had to leave. The curly hair lady in the restaurant check in, the tall guy at the reception, the room attendant , if I had my own hotel I would hire them. Simply in every way this hotel exceeded my expectations Food is great, and inexpensive, bed comfortable, bed sheets are soft, electricity sockets every where, so you can work in the lobby or in the room The hotel has its own little mini mart and a fantastic lunch spread.
