Great value”
Loved the feel of the customer service, it was like the good customer service before Covid hit (not talking about the safety measures necessarily, I’m talking about hotels that Stopped doing room service and breakfast not for safety reasons but for reasons of saving money). This hotel still does free coffee, house keeping, and includes breakfast 🙌 the room was clean and smelled fresh until later in the night when there was a smell issue due to the sewer system but they are getting it looked at And the place is very outdated but they are also getting an update and it is well worth the value as is. 2 pools and a hot tub! Cute little old fashioned game room! Although the pool table needs fixing there is air hockey we really enjoyed with the kids and a couple other games. Coin laundry too. We spent too much money at expensive places with terrible customer service when we could have stayed here the entire stay. The breakfast ladies were very nice and helpful waiting on us and making sure we got what we needed. Made the one night we stayed feel great just by having friendly staff at breakfast, (especially the lady with red hair, sorry I didn’t get her name)

Great value and location”
I was a bit nervous to stay here after reading some of the other reviews, but the Park Tower Inn was perfectly acceptable. The room and linens were clean, no evidence anywhere of undesirable critters, and the staff were friendly and excellent. It's obviously an older property, and there's some wear and tear, particularly with some of the furniture in the room. The only issues were some cosmetic wear; everything worked perfectly. The wallpaper was fine, nothing was falling off. The carpet could probably have used a good shampoo, but I'm not eating off of the floor in any case. Think "older Holiday Inn Express," and I mean that as a complement. Speaking of which, the hotel breakfast buffet was nearly an identical clone of Holiday Inn Express. Some signs indicated "new management" in the breakfast room, so I'm wondering if they snagged someone from that chain. Breakfast was a five dollar add on for each adult, and it was totally worth it for the items offered, especially if you consider the alternative of subjecting yourself to searching for a timely breakfast in the horrible environment that is Pigeon Forge. Good value. Clean room. Good location if you want to be in Pigeon Forge. Good breakfast. Honestly, all of the complaints must be from Diamond frequent fliers or something.

Great stay for a great value”
We were on the main strip right across from the island. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is a little dated, but they do well to keep it clean. We loved having a balcony and being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Being super close to everything was a great perk. We could walk to everything and ride a trolley. We will definitely stay again.

Descent Hotel”
Short walk to the Island of Pigeon Forge. Nice sized room with balcony & patio chairs. Great Breakfast Buffet. 3 pools & hot tub. Very Affordable! And a nice view as well.

Overall was OK”
I could nit pick about a few things but for a last minute getaway it was overall OK. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, biscuit, and gravy. The room was clean except a spot of urine on the toilet seat. The tv remote was hard to change channel's the outlets were in bad shape and the tub had no stopper. The pool was open but was too cold to enjoy the hot tub was closed. After reading other reviews i was glad to have towels and not be charged over and over. I wouldn't go out of my way to book this place again unless the deal was really cheap.

Close to island”

Wonderful pool”
I really liked this property. I was surprised that it was so clean after reading other reviews. My grandchildren 3 and 5 loved the lazy river. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the laundry room. First the detergent dispenser took my money and didn’t work. Then the washer worked fine bur the dryers didn’t work. I let staff know and they let me dry them. I think they should close the laundry room do this doesn’t happen. Or better yet get new appliances.

Great Mountian view”
King Beds are facing the mountains and they were so pretty. Did have a issue with no hand towels and wash rags not in room. Late afternoon shift seemed a little overwhelmed as many guest wee searching for towels.

Staff was great! Hotel was older needs some cleaning to outside pool. Room was clean. Hot tub was not hot. But we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Location, value, spacious ”
Older unit, but beds were clean & comfy and we had such a large suite in a prime location it more than made up for the outdated wallpaper! Pool area was nice and we could walked to Isalnd and so much more!

Our stay was pleasant enough, the location to many entertainment areas of Pigeon Forge was fantastic. The rooms are adequate, if not a bit dated. My biggest complaint is that the amenities advertised in the website were no longer offered or not available. They no longer serve breakfast of any kind, and the indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub was closed for maintenance. And the outdoor hot tub advertised was full of concrete with a table and chairs over it. They need to take the pictures of things that are no longer offered or exist off their website.

We booked this place because we stayed here probably 10 times in the past but the last 2 times we stayed we here especially to get in hot tub and both times hot tub is out of order without say so upon booking

Don't waste your money!”
This place is under construction so maybe it will be better in the future but as of now don't waste your money. The place is pretty dirty and has roaches! Our first room was horrible had them everywhere on the 2nd floor. We got moved to the 5th floor and still seen a few! The hottub was down the pool was nasty had people's hair everywhere and stuff on the bottle like cement clippings. The lazy river had no floats! On the plus side friendly staff and very convenient to everything but if you want a clean place this is not it!

It’s priced well , close to everything! Rooms were big! The outdoor pool was so so wasn’t clean , the indoor pool was clean but the hottub was down and the lazy river . The bathrooms in the indoor pool was dirty not cleaned! It’s an older place not bad but older
