It's a 2-star Hotel but have a standard of a 3-star hotel. Cleanliness is the best. Lobby + Breakfast Room + Corridor is all well air-conditioned. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. The Extra-bed is a plus: not just a mattress place on the floor.

I was stay for 3 days, in a 3-stars hotel, Ibis Pasteur has a very good services. Clean and Comfy Room, Simply Breakfast, Easy Reserved, its characterized of 3-stars hotel. Although, the cuttie simple unique bathroom is small than others, like a lavatory in a plane hahaha. Thumbs up,!!!

Cottonwood is located not so far from Pasteur, you can easily found it on GPS. It's not like the other hotel because it's actually a house and it makes a homey situation. This hotel was very very nice. The concept of room are very unique. Wifi facility are fast and good coverage until the bed area. Very recommended, I suggest you to book this place visit Bandung, especially when you'll need a place near by Maranatha Univ.

Located not too far from exit toll Pasteur. Hotel price also reasonable and we also can go to BTC by foot. Provided with free breakfast but i didn't try it as i need to leave by travel on 6am. Shuttle travel to Jakarta also located not too far from this hotel

Affordable and pretty large room for the price I paid. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. I booked a room without breakfast but they gave me free instant noodles and coffee sachets every day for my entire stay. The room was basic but clean. The hotel staff was efficient and very friendly. They sent my breakfast to me on one of the mornings even though it was a buffet breakfast. They were very pleasant and friendly on the whole, and I enjoyed my stay there. The Pasteur area is also close to the airport.

great location for people who want to stay in Pasteur Area

The hotel is located near Pasteur toll road and is easy to find. It's quite comfortable for staying just one night. It even has a cable tv. The price is affordable. The facilities are OK but the bathroom sink need to be fixed cause it's clogged (room 602).. And maybe the room need to be fumigated cause I saw a cockroach and some ants.

Zenrra house is one of the best place for accommodation during trip to Bandung. All the facilities given are in good condition and very comfortable. The service given also very nice. Very recommended for those who want to find affordable price for accommodation with great place and good service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed during 3Days 2night in this hotel. Staff very friendly and smile a lot. Facility very good, price is the cheapest than other hotel with three stars. But clean of room quite dirty, I found many long hair at my room. Overall recomeded for stay at this hotel.

This is my second time staying in this guest house. The price is most affordable compared to other guest houses but with an acceptable room condition. Acceptable to me is a clean room, clean bathroom (though separate from bedroom), although without air condition the air is cool enought to sleep comfortable.

the best feature of this guest house was the friendly staff. they served me coffee even after midnight and i didn't have to ask for it. every time the staff saw me outside my door...they asked me if i needed anything. the manager was very friendly and spoke very good english. the only difficulty was to find the place following the address provided. my taxi and friends...

There's no hot and cold water vending machine, have to buy own mineral/drinking water during Saturday and Sunday coz office is closed, when Check In time it was handled by the Security Guards, the rooms are too small, swimming pool cleanliness not maintain, no umbrella at the Guardhouse, facilities at the kitchen without mug/cups, no plate, no knife, no spoon etc. wor...

It's very good because it is strategic to go to Bandung or Lembang, although the location are a bit far to go to both of the location. The room is clean, cosy, and complete. The WiFi was unavailable and phone signals are a little bit hard to get. Need to pay more if use private/rent vehicle because parking fees. But, it is still superb!
