Good location”

Very nice. The room was big, with a small balcony that provided a nice view on the sea. Breakfast buffet consisted of sliced fresh fruits, toasts, omelette, croissant, and some thai dishes like noodles and chicken curry style... You can book tours at the reception. We had a bad experience with the tour operator who had said photos were included. We did not take our camera with us since we going to do sea activities and the package provided for photos. But we were shocked to find int he end that we had to pay for the photos and the price was exorbitant. We of course refused to pay and not only us; most of the customers left and went away. We also did not get lunch onsite as expected and had to wait till the end of the tour to be able to eat at a restaurant in the centre. which was just ok. In my opinion, the hotel must ensure that it works only with trustworthy tour operators to ensure its clients are not cheated. Overall, we had a nice break in Pattaya and look forward to going back soon.

This is the best hotel in pattaya the staff @front desk is the best good English and very polite they treat you like a quest every time I come in and out they greet you The breakfast is out of this world value for money .My room was on the six floor with balcony and seawiev spectacular view of sea and I love that you can see the big sign That say pattaya city The cleaning staff is excellent clean my room everyday the room was very clean with a nice shower an bathtub I can't wait to come back see you in December 2019 for 3 weeks Keep up the good work and again thank you for a exelemt holiday pattaya sea view is the best

Well located and comfortable hotel”

We had a good time here. the hotel is modern,clean and if you get an ocean view room there is a couch which is big enough for a child to sleep on which is great although they will charge for kids breakfasts. The room had a separate bath and shower and small balcony with some ocean view. The hotel is technically on pattaya beach road soi 4 but is connected to the A-one hotel on soi 3 - this is where the parking is. Although some people complain on Agoda that the car park is another soi away you can actually cut through the smaller wing of A-one to the seaview which isn't a hassle at all.

NICE HOTEL/ BREAKFAST GOOD/ CLEAN HOTEL”

first of all we didn't know that Pattaya SEa View is connected (join) with A-one Hotel. We went in the hotel and asked for car park in Soi 4 but they informed us the car park in Soi 3 so we made one roop to get the car park. The room is very nice but we got the room that can connect with other room. At night after dinner we back to the room and next room back in the same time. They bought something eat at room and made our room small very bad. We tried to spray the perfume but it's not work. Breakfast is ok but some foods was cool, it should be hot.

Location is great, very clean hotel, nice room ( Sea View), bright, had shower and bath tub. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. In booking, I read, on site parking available, sadly , it is not all that easy to find, it is at back of hotel. At front, not much room to pull over and ask reception. All in all, we had a great time at Pattaya Sea View Hotel. Thank you

Good for the price”

The rooms were great. Wifi was pretty good, if a little on the slow side at times. If you're gong to stay here, I'd suggest getting a room with breakfast included in the price. It's a little expensive if not included in the room price. It was a good breakfast though. The gym and pool that I used on my stay were at the hotel next door. The fitness center was reasonably well equipped and the pool at the a-one hotel (the one that looks like a cruise ship just across soi 3) is available to people who stay at Pattaya Sea View. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Newer hotel near Beach Rd on Soi 4. My room did NOT have a balcony. There is a yellow opaque glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom that streams light in the morning. No curtain to block the light. You will be woken up at dawn. The hotel did not provide a complimentary guest umbrella and it's raining season now? The real deal breaker for me was being asked for 1000 baht deposit at check-in! Never in my entire life have I ever been asked for an upfront deposit in ANY hotel anywhere. Did I look like someone who would cause damage to their property? Having just arrived, it's possible a guest may not have had a chance to even change money. Of course, on check-out, the deposit was refunded. Just not the way I like to start my vacation. There are too many hotels in Pattaya to be treated like this. Their policy should CLEARLY be stated on the booking form.

This is the second time I stayed at Pattaya Sea View Hotel, the staff has always been very helpful, from the housekeeper too the front desk staff they are doing a great job. Next time I visit Pattaya I make arrangement to stay there again.

Nice, comfortable and worth the staff”

Really value for the money I paid. Got a big room, comfortable bed, clean toilet and it met my expectation(I'm fussy about all these). I would say the room is of four stars hotel quality. The staffs at the lobby are very friendly and helpful. I would fully recommmend this hotel if you are gonna stay in Pattaya. In short, it is still new (about 10 months old during my stay), the hotel is well maintain and clean, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. The toilet is really clean. Walking distance to the beach, for food and you can find place for massage and also convenient store nearby too. Walking distance to the famous Alcazar and bars (for night goers)

My second stay at Pattaya Sea View and it didn't disappoint. Lovely staff, lovely room with views across the bay and 2 minute stroll to the beach. I'll certainly be back!

Good location and service ”

We got upgrade from ocean sea view to suite with free of charge because the room type is fully booked. The suite room is very nice comfortable and cozy with a nice view of Pattaya bay and we can see fireworks show right from our room balcony. Good service from staff, good information and smile. Breakfast per head is a bit high but there are a lot of street food around hotel area.

The Pattaya Sea View is part of a network of hotels, and you'll find that it shares a building with another hotel. If you want to use the pool or gym, you'll have to walk through at least one or more lobbies of other hotels, navigating through sometimes narrow corridors, tourist-filled areas, and strange lobbies with no signs. This is something I had not expected. It's a small inconvenience, but may be a bit off-putting if you really want to just relax. But if you are not concerned with the pool or gym, then the value is quite good; the room is clean though a bit narrow, however they design it well to make use of the space. The hotel is close to the beach and beach road, and the breakfast in the morning is, while not amazing, at least satisfactory.

It was wonderful to stay at a Ocean View deluxe room. We could see blazing Pattaya streets at night from the room balcony. Nicely located, calm and quite. Staffs were friendly and efficient. If you want to stay away from the noise and hassle then you can choose this hotel. My wife and daughter like the accommodation and cleanliness of room...

Disclaimer: I am a journalist and advertorial writer, therefore this review is written/submitted in good faith and based on my personal experience. PROS: - Very clean and hotel rooms are modern contemporary. - Family Marts and 7/11 are everywhere near this hotel! - Checking in was instantaneous. - About 10 minutes walk to Alcazar (ladyboy show) and probably 15-20 minutes to Tiffany (also a ladyboy show). Therefore very convenient, especially when you take the final show which usually ends at 10-11pm. - VERY near to the beach. Less than 5 minutes walk. Beautiful sunset! - Extremely friendly staff (receptionists, bellboys, etc.) and they're willing give suggestion on your activities. CONS: - Only one elevator was available, therefore takes time to wait for your turn and going back and forth from your room. Final review: WILL DEFINITELY return to this hotel on my next visit.

Best Value hotel near beach”

This was a experience that I would never forget. The best hotel I have stayed in Pattaya. Best staff. Only Balcony was a bit small. But good breakfast and welcoming staff. I have again booked this hotel for November as I come back to Pattaya for 3 Nights. Cheers

Weekend getaway”

From start to finish absolutely wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. Instead of offering a charged extra bed for the young kids, they changed the room to a larger one ( 2 wide beds) with sea view without charge. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We walked just down the road to the beach with towels provided by the hotel. We washed off as much as possible, but no complaints about being wet or sandy. Check-out was a breeze too. Nothing but polite and helpful people, smiling the whole day.

Ocean view room is so good. Not on the beach road but only form the ocean view room, located at the corner of the hotel, you can enjoy the great Pattaya beach view.

Great little hotel”

Great hotel in a good location within 50m of the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a credit. Breakfast was varied and good selection and quality. The room was really pleasant with good facilities and great view. No chairs to sit on the balcony which would of been nice. It doesn’t have a swimming pool but you can use the ones in the A1 hotel attached or the A1 hotel next door and the hotel supplies towels for this. Overall a great little hotel on a quiet street and only metres from the beach, with attentive staff and good food. Recommended

The best value for money in Pattaya”

You will not find better in Pattaya for the money you spend.... Room are nice, very clean, and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back here for my next stays in Pattaya.
