Wonderful summer house in Köpingsvik, where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea and the wonderful view. The house is located just before Lundegård's camping with only 200 m down to the beach where you can enjoy shallow swimming or a dip from the pier. Along the beach promenade you come to Köpingsvik with its restaurants and larger beaches or to Lundegård's camping where you have a summer restaurant, bakery and small shop. The house's terrace is equipped with various luxurious outdoor furniture such as dining table, lounge furniture and sun loungers. Best of all, you have a view of the ocean. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen, dining room and living room where you can socialize, light a fire in the stove or just enjoy the view (bring your own firewood). You have many beds, in the big house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 equipped with a double bed, and one with a family bunk bed. If you want additional sleeping accommodation, there is an annex with 2 bunk beds. Please note that there is only one toilet and the house is best suited for a maximum of 8 people. The bathroom, which is spacious and nicely tiled, is equipped with a washing machine. TV is in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms (swedish channel offer 1-12). Note; the house is not rented out to youth groups. On the way down to the sea, you can enjoy wonderfully beautiful orchids and goldenrod in early summer. Everyone creates their own favorite place on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places to visit. Also take the opportunity to enjoy good Öland body cakes. For the children, Ölands Djurpark with its animals, its amusement park and water park is usually popular. Have a wonderful holiday!
