We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 days and it was definitely THE best part of our trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean and all things were almost brand new. You can sense that they paid a lot of attention to detail. We hitted the gym and used the 2 in 1 washing dryer machine every night, even washing powder was provided. Gym room had at least one trainer standing by each day when we were there. Shuttle service is available every hour (not at lunch time) to a few popular spots in town (Love Bridge, Cham Museum, My Khe Beach, etc.) The only downside would be its location being off the town centre and surrounded by nothing (mind you, some may appreciate the peace and quiet). If you are hungry, want to grab something to eat and don't feel like calling a taxi to venture afar, you will be left with not much choice but the in-room dining service or the restuarant within the hotel. We ordered in room dinner once, very reasonably priced, but not the best taste we had in Da Nang.

I've stayed in A La Carte for 3 nights and the experience there was wonderful. Staff are always welcoming, nice, and friendly. The location of the hotel is next to the beach. you can get access to the beach by crossing the road. My room is on the 22/F (just a floor below the swimming pool), facing the wonderful seashore of DaNang. The only drawback of staying on high floor is the noise coming from the sky bar. Anyway it usually stopped before 11:00pm, wouldn't causing much trouble to my sleeps. The breakfast is nice and good enough for us to skip looking for other breakfast location during our stays. (and in fact not many restaurant opens in the morning) Don't expect too much to the sky pool. Apart from its view it's actually quite small. When the pool, or the 23/F, is full of people you hardly find a place to swim. The gym is tiny, 1 treadmill and 1 stationary bike for cardio, and some equipements for resistence training. This is the reason why I rate 3 stars to facilities part. Hotel also offers shuttle buses to Hoi An, which I found it lovey. We visited Hoi An in the afternoon (at 2:30 pm) and catch the return shuttle bus at 9:30pm. It gives me enough time to see the beauty of Hoi An, especially the night market there (when people lights up the lanterns). For other's information, taxi drivers in DaNang usually wait for you at Hoi An for 3-4 hours. If you wish longer time they may charge you more. Next time when i visit DaNang again I definitely would consider staying in the hotel again.

Pros: Loved the santorini-feel of this new hotel. The service staff were the best - friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our requests. There are two pools which were relatively empty most of the time! Though the hotel seemed to be quite booked out, but there was more than enough space for everyone. Breakfast had sufficient variety and the premises were clean. Cons: The room was a bit small and the shower door couldn't be shut properly, resulting in the bathroom getting flooded every time we took a shower. The music from the bar at night was really loud, and the walls seem really thin because we could hear all the sounds from the corridors which made it a little noisy at night, though still bearable. overall we had a great stay and i would recommend this place.

I could not rank this hotel high enough, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. The staff is absolutely incredible. Within 2 days most know me and address me by name, and they could not be friendlier. They go beyond and above, and not just polite and doing their jobs, but actually caring to get to know me, and about my life. This is beyond anything I have found in any other hotel. The food and breakfast are outstanding with a great selection, beautiful view and extremely helpful staff (Especially Thuy in the restaurant is so kind and nice) The room is actually a full apartment with everything you need for a long stay. The windows are double -paned which means no matter what is going on outside I can't hear it. For me this was very important as I work from home and need a quiet place to work (Something not so easy to find here in Vietnam) My only complaint (not really) is the bed is so good I never want to get out of the bed :) One of the best I have stayed in.

My Group 14paxs booked 6 rooms. All rooms are spacious, clean, cosy, comfortable, well-furnished with ocean view. Impressed by fast services checking in/out. Fairly new nice beachfront hotel with excellent ocean view. 40th floor provided excellent city and ocean views. Staff always helpful, delightful and proficient in English. No communication issue. Swimming pool is large with brilliant views. Breakfast has lot of selections. We thanked and extended our great appreciation to staff, Mr Le Quang Vinh, who constantly went above and beyond his duties to ensure we were satisfied, happy and made all relevant infrastructure arrangements for us. We got free upgrade to Grand Suite Room which is very spacious with ocean view. Great job to all the staff and Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyable times staying in this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay here and we surely will come back.

fantastic, good value for money as it wasn't too expensive, for the space you get per village house well the money is worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting the general manger and forgot to tell him what a wonderful establishment he has. My kids (7&4) my father (87) and my wife all enjoyed their stay and want to visit again!!! I think there is and in-house designer who pays attention to details, from the small garden in our backyard to the lighting and plants surrounding the main pool .... We noticed it was all well trimmed, and color coordination was excellent. Service by friendly and young staff is what every hotel needs, I think we got the best service money can buy, $330 a night is not cheap, but for what we received it was worth every dime!! We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax at beachside, swimming pool , clean house with garden and pool, Ou small kids Enjoyed the pool a lot, my wife and I enjoyed Watching the sunset By the beachside!

My wife and I decided to stay here and it was one of the best decisions we made. We booked a Zen Chic Studio but were upgraded to a suite ocean view as part of the Zen Club, which I highly recommend. Think of it as being in the executive club at a hotel. Before I write about the Zen Club let me get to the room and hotel. The view of the ocean was great and we loved waking up to said view. The one bedroom suite had a full-size fridge, stovetop, blender, instant & real coffee with a French Press, and a microwave. So, if you wanted, you could make your own meals but we found ourselves only making coffee on the last day. It's a great room. Now, the Zen Club. By booking a Zen room you automatically join the Zen Club which offers upgraded rooms, 1 free foot message a day, one free yoga class a day, a la carte breakfast in the Zen Club, free snacks and beverages at the Zen Club, and evening cocktails at said club. There may be more, so it would be best to ask the hotel for more details.

All things considered, I give Grand Tourane my highest recommendation for its combination of hotel features, location, staff professionalism, and value for the money! Upon arrival we were seated in the lobby and given cold fruit drinks, which was a very good first impression. Things only got better from then on; the hotel service from the doormen, the wonderful spa staff, and the restaurant staff were top-notch! We were given 2-for-1 spa coupons which we enjoyed very much. The massage was so relaxing I had trouble staying awake.. We had a corner ocean-view suite on the 11th floor, it was magnificent seeing vast, sweeping views of the ocean and My Khe beach... The hotel is right across the street from the beach and a short stroll to numerous seafood and assorted restaurants. An inexpensive taxi or Grab ride will get you into Da Nang city with its many other delicious restaurants and bars. I would gladly return to Grand Tourane whenever I return to Da Nang.

This hotel has the best food of any four star hotel ever, and the service can't be beat. The welcome drink and snack were so yummy I asked for a second. Until 10 am you can enjoy the breakfast buffet, which includes crispy bacon, Aussie beef, custom cooked eggs, fresh bread, and pretty much anything else you might like. You can then go back to your room for a nap until 2pm when afternoon tea starts. Afternoon tea has all you can eat sandwiches and cakes, as well as coffee and a selection of teas. Around 4 pm, thoroughly stuffed with delicious food, you can go out sight-seeing just as the day cools down. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dory. She advised me on the best places to go and how to get there. There was always a bell boy to open my taxi door and help me carry my shopping when I arrived back to the hotel. They were even friendly and smiling when I stumbled in in the small hours after drinking whiskey all night. Wonderful hotel!

Hotel staff are delightful, friendly and attentive. All genuinely friendly and happy to help. Rooms are beautifully clean with nice outlook, we had a delux Golden Bay King with Balcony room that looked over lovely seaview and huge bridge. Highly recommend. My preferred family's accommodation. The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds. Restaurant food was ok, lovely dining experience at premium lounge for breakfast buffet & high tea. I was impressed by all of the Hotel staffs. Thank you again for everything, especially Manager Mr. Adam, certainly the best day of our lives. I will certainly be staying here again on my anniversary.

For 3 days and 2 nights stay at Da Nang’s beachfront Paris Deli Hotel. It is a 4 star hotel with a touch of 5 star service and facilities. Around 20 mins from the airport by car we were able to check in early around 12 pm. We were served with free fruits upon check-in. The room is very clean and spacious. The queen bed is comfortable and got an extra pillow. .The wi-fi is very fast. The toilet and shower are also spacious, it has both rainfall and shower type heads and strong water pressure. Toiletries are plentiful and superb. They offer afternoon tea for guests from 2 to 5 pm for free. Breakfast is both combination of western and local foods. And their rooftop pool at 22F is the best of them all - warm pool, clean, excellent panoramic view of the beach and a nice rooftop bar. Their lobby also is beautiful with French decor. I also recommended booking their limousine car and you will never forget the VIP experience provided for you. Best of all - the staff, the cream of the crop.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday. It's a long time to stay in just Danang, but we just wanted R&R. And we definitely got it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and CLEAN. But none of this would matter if it wasn't for the staff. They were so amazing, always incredibly helpful and genuinely courteous. Our 7 yr old got pretty sick for a couple days and they cleaned up the beds completely, no questions asked, and no charge for possibly ruining the sheets. We were late for breakfast and they called us just to make sure if we were coming and then reserved food for us. For any day trips, they helped call and translate our needs to the 3rd party company. When we left, 4 of them accompanied us to our car to say goodbye. I've never had service like that even in 5 star hotels in the states. Can't wait to go back!! One last thing, theres a lot of construction in the area. Doesn't lend the best view from the room, but it's only 2 blocks from the beach and we never heard any of it from our room. The location is great, so many great restaurants, cafes, massages in the area.

I selected 2 hotels at my recent trip with my family to Da Nang during May 20-23rd, 2016. Diamond Sea is my right choice. The hotel is located right on the Vo Nguyen Giap Street, and just walk cross the road, we reached the most beautiful beach of My Khe (Pham Van Dong Beach). In front of the hotel, there are plenty of seashore restaurant with varieties for Vietnamese cuisines, seafood, or western like menus. Or you can enjoin in side to side local open air restaurant... The Diamond Sea Hotel has a swimming pool and a roof-top bar where I enjoined my drinks watching the kids played with the water, while my wife enjoin juices viewng to the sea and the Son Tra moutain. In the evening, with about 5 minute, we already crossed the Dragon Bridge by taxi to the Center. I like the most is the buffet of the hotel. My kids had never enjoined like they did in Diamond Sea.Fresh, clean, tasty! The hotel facilities are at top level, and can beat any 5 star hotel! My family was very happy and satisfied with the services of the staff : quick check in, fast and accurate check out. A minor thing : the photo of the room on Agoda should not make me confused that the Super Twin room is Ocean View, then I need to back/forth the email with the hotel to upgrade to Premier Deluxe Twin. You will be satisfied with what you pay for. Warning : there are hotel which imitated the similar name of the hotel. So select the right one 232 Vo Nguyen Giap Street! Diamond Sea

Pros: - friendly receptionist and staff, who will introduce and explain according to our needs. - good hotel car service who bring us for the day tour to Bana Hill and also Marble Mountains (need to pay). - stay 3 nights and the breakfast is change everyday, great choices and taste good. - convenient location, just 3 mins walk to My Khe beach and around 10 mins walk to Dragon Bridge. Cons: - hotel room (405) is in front housekeeping store, the cleaning cart is always put in front our room, blocking our access. - poor sound proof, get disturb by other guests during night time. - bathroom water is stucked and hard to flow out. Overall it's still good, recommend for 3 persons as they have triple room.

We had an amazing stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The bed was decorated with rose petals as well as the sink. They also gave us a cake. Which was delicious. Every day biscuits were brought up to our room. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent! They helped us arrange a transfer from and to the airport. Also 2 day trips to Banahills and My Son sanctuary. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff. All the staff. But specially Hoai, Angket, and May. They are the Gems of this hotel. They helped us with directions and gave us information to the best places to go and eat etc. They always have smiles on their faces. Genuine smiles and always makes heartfelt conversations. We will definitely come back but this time with my whole family.

Adamo Hotel is located in front of beach and walking distance for foods and convenient store. Front desk during my check in not too friendly (only that particular staff on duty) otherwise the rest of them are very helpful. Room is clean but don’t expect they make up your room everyday as throughout my stay for 4 days only 1 day they clean up my room, that day was requested by me. Disappointed no refills of shower gel and etc. As it’s insufficient for my family. I urge you to use grab Apps to book your transport, one night we have the taxi from the hotel took us to a restaurant which is not what we want, when we questioned Driver, he said the restaurant is closed for Chinese New Year, we were curious and called the restaurant but they open, then we have to get another taxi to go the restaurant we wanted.

When evrything went oke a very nice place to stay for a combination trip to Da nang. The country gave me much inspiration, I started in Hoi An, visit the old town, meet very kind people, how helped me a lot. It was more personally than in Da Nang., but good for me, because I want to write a book,. Someday My money was gone in my room. I think I know why that happened and was my ouwn fault I believe. I booked the hotel two times, because I decided to go earlier to DA Nang. More time for writing. I kept the same room. Evry day I looked how much money I took with me when I went out for a drink, or eat. I sleept my time over the first morning of the second period, I had an appointment for cleaning face and hair and leave in a hurry. It must be certain, I left my other money on the desk because of that. 200 Euro, 50 American Dollar and Hong Kong dollars ( small amount ). Someone must have decided that it was my tip. Well you can,t say nothing. The manager helped me try to find out, 👍👍👍

I and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights at Fivitel Hotel, good staffs and perfect room. I booked Superior Room and they arranged a perfect room for us with Dragon Bridge View. My friends and colleagues asked me about this hotel for next their trip due to it is so amazing. Ms.Loan( I do not remember because the name tag on her uniform is small) - Reception Dept was so nice and helpful, she took good care us. I reserved small birthday party in room for my boyfriend, manager of front office (I do not know his name) and receptionist are very helpful. I want to give you a big thanks. We had free airport transfer(1 way), the driver waited my boy friend 1 hour for delay flight. Once again, we want to give to all of you the driver, receptionist, manager and all of staffs a big thanks for your support. I am a person who worked in the hospitality and tourism, I will recommend your hotel to my clients and my colleagues. We love you!

i want to recommand royal rotus hotel for your wonderful staying. Clean room, the lastest facilities, kind employees, so delicious restaurant' dish One of them i think it is best is pool bar! The pool bar is so much nice, fantastic. you can enjoy any drink in the water. Image you are swimming for beer The depth is 3 steps, 0.8m, 1.2m, 1.6m. In afternoon, the pool is shaded by the buiding. Don't ignore the sun of vietnam, you will get tan too much on the beach. i think the pool of hotel is best place to be and enjoy! From bellman to manager, All staffs of the hotel are so considerative and perfect for hospitality! They have tour programs that are cheaper then others. They advised that the price of tour I booked is expensive and recommaned the others. The tour they recommaned to me is privit service and more cheaper then i found on website. If you decide with no plan, visit to royal rotus hotel. they will be so happy to care your vacation. Even you can not find out anything, enjoy the pool and bar. If it's not enough for you, go to the beach and joy seafood reastaurants near the hotel. Finally, vinmart(=convenience store), coffee shops are so close from the hotel! Enjoy the royal rotus hotel.

Originally I was staying for one night so when I checked in, they upgraded me to a better room for the same rate. While I was in Da Nang, a typhoon hit and had to extend my stay for additional 3 nights, the rate went up a bit. I guess I it's just fair. My room was a corner until w partial ocean view. Very clean. The staff always asked if I needed something and when my credit cards were hacked, they helped me get in contact w my credit card companies. Helped me a calling grab cars,... There are many new hotels going up in this part of Da nang but I didn't hear much noise in my room, there are some restaurants , coffee shops and convenience store near by but you are not in town. - walk to the beach is about 5-7 min . Breakfast is very decent

I have stayed at the Hotel at several occasitions. This time the Stay was without any flaws. Nice and clean as always. Breakfast Buffet as always perfect. Havent really used any of the facilities at the Hotel during my stays. But,,,a nice and clean Hotel,,a bit high priced compared to many other Hotels,,, But,,you pay for a very very good wiev,,a nice location,,,nice Buffet,,,spotless cleaning service ETC. You get something for the extra money you pay for a stay at this Hotel. Will not hesitate to come back to this place.

Okay there is no exaggeration here, it's the best 4 star hotel out there, bec: 1. Close to the beach, 2-min walk only! 2. Heavenly breakfast buffet! All vietnamese and western food goodness! 3. It's very new, so all facilities are at prime conditions. 4. Rooftop pool overlooking the beach and city!!! 5. Convenient airport pickup! 6. Super friendly staff, all fluent in English. I dont know what else is there to say to convince you to book here, I just know I had the best experience in Danang, Vietnam by staying here!

This hotel is very new. About one month. That is why they do not have as many reviews. I took a chance and booked one night to see if I would like it and ended up staying a total of 3 nights. Everything here is so new and clean. The staff is very accommodating and was able to get me an ocean view room and very early check in. The staff is very professional and they really try to make sure you have an amazing stay. The pool is great and they have towels for you. Side note, do not try to take them from the pool because they are for the pool only. You will need to bring your own towels for the beach but the beach is literally across the street. They do however, give you sandals that you can wear to the beach. The breakfast is amazing and they literally have everything you can think of and is open from 630-10. I think the staff has been so great and helpful and I never hear them say no. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place for a few nights in Da Nang.5/5 stars

I remembered that when I was stuck in Bana Hills, it was horrible. The weather was so disastrous due to the heavy rain and storm. All sights were blurred and everything was limited to do outdoor activities. I was so blue and disappointed because there were nothing much for me to do there. So I hope I could go back to my hotel earlier than the pickup schedule. I couldn't call to the reception by phone so I emailed to the info about my situation. To be honest, I didn't expect the quick response but amazingly, all problems were solved so fast. So, I could get back to my hotel really safely. Including that, recommending good restaurant and booking a driver and everything, I'm thinking that was so considerate and generous for me to have wonderful images of people and the city. If someone would like to travel there, I'll strongly recommend the King's finger hotel for the best accommodation.

We were stayed 5days in this hotel. It was luck that my room be upgraded to family suite with 180c seaview. We do enjoy to stay in this hotel during the trip. The great atmosphere of Sky21 bar that we can enjoy live music in this bar to chilling the whole night out. The pool at the roof was a nice place for sun bathing. Our room tpyed was Breakfast included and it was delicious. The staff Mr. Winnie the best of the staff in my mind. He served us like a best friend and was helping us a lot in different way during we stay in Danang such as dinner place, historic spot, scenery, traffic route suggestions etc. Quick response, detailed information provided make us feel the warm hospitality. I will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel in Danang and for sure to visit here again in my second stay in future. We do enjoy to stay in your hotel during the trip. Our room (superior double, 25th floor, facing the bay) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The oversized king bed was a luxurious dream come true. I should point out that, as others have noted, the room is a bit small, but for a couple like us it’s “cosy”. The rooms are very well soundproofed and you don’t hear any noise from the street below. (Do not underestimate the importance of this, as drivers here are constantly honking their horns, and the noise can drive you crazy). The cherry on top is a fantastic bar on the 36th floor, offering a spectacular view of the sunset over the city with the mountains in the backdrop. Happy Hour is 5-7pm daily with a great selection of draught and bottles craft beers at “buy one get one free”, and a free flow of snacks. Generally, hotel staff in Vietnam are very friendly and attentive, and here was no exception. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The Sheraton Four Points is more like a business hotel, and although it faces the beach, if you are a family with kids you may want to consider a more “resort-style” place such as the Furama. Other reviews mention that the lifts are a bit slow, and we did notice that too. The hotel is very new, and exceedingly good value at around US$120 per night. For only a slightly higher price than the other “local” hotels that line the beach, you get 5 star luxury and an experience that is on a whole different level. We will definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I landed in Da Nang at 3 in the afternoon and went straight to the hotel, check-in only took about 5 minutes and room was ready on my arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful! the hotel is at a an good location with a great view on the 14th floor of the hotel with a decent size swimming pool consider it is a 3 star hotel! it's a newly opened hotel so there was some mistake but nothing too serious!

What I can say is - AWESOME! This will be my 1st experience in such as so call "Budget hotel" but in 5 star hotel service. We stayed a Suite located at 10th floor with huge and excellent balcony with NICE decorations in the room from their lovely staff as we are celebrating 1 year wedding anniversary - Heart shape ballons, white & red wine, and even out of my expectation that they delivered a lovely cake in personally at night for surprise! What a excellent service, feeling touched The staffs of hotel were so kind and friendly !! They talked to us kindly and we had so much fun with them. And also the room was clean and comfortable ! This hotel was much greater than I expected :) thanks
