It is dated but we like it here because of the location and we will stay here again in the future.”

Location was perfect. Plenty of wildlife ( Turtle, gator, various birds) on the property. We like our efficiency that was locate on the end of the building. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly. Price was very reasonable and we didn't have to pay a cleaning fee,
The property is dated some but it was clean. The pool was closed on one of the nights that we planned to use it. One family was playing some loud music at the pool.

The studio is perfect for solo traveler like me. Nice pool and grounds. Studio fully furnished with everything I needed. I liked location near shopping and beaches.
When I arrived to check in about 6:15, office was closed so I was directed to go to Spinnaker Resort on same property to pick up the key and further instructions. Not as hospitable as it may have been. Plus, salesman acting like a conceirge stopped me and signed me up for free lunch if I would meet salesman at newly built timeshare across the island. Somewhat hard sell. Also, on check out, this resort instructs guests to partially clean condo by stripping linens from bed and bath, running dishwasher, taking garbage out and so I guess that's why no cleaning fee like other condo timeshare resorts have. So that's OK.

Great Value for Four Blocks from the Beach”

Was given a very large two bedroom end unit with full kitchen, dining room table, two full baths, two balconies, and lots of natural light, all at a very reasonable price for being 4 blocks from the beach. Didn't use the pool or exercise area, so I can't speak to them. They also had a free lunch gathering on Tuesday of the week I stayed.
Some of the furniture in the living room was very faded and should probably be changed out to give a better impression. Like most of the rental properties in South Forest Beach, the property is also dated, but the unit as a whole was acceptably maintained.

It's a cute little place that seems to have been quite recently renovated, nothing fancy but everything's in excellent working order and incredibly clean. Add a nicely equipped fitness center and indoor pool with jacuzzi to that. Outdoor pool was open too but we didn't risk it in November. Very friendly staff doing an excellent job. It's not right on the beach, if that's what you're looking for, but was perfect for us. We enjoyed having to actually walk and just making a couple of trips a day to the beach or to Coligny plaza, or to some nearby restaurant were able to make our daily step count with ease. Plus there is a shuttle (golf car) that will take you places if you are not up for that walk or had one too many cocktails on the beach or at Coligny.
As to the negatives, THE LOUDEST air conditioning system and fridge I have ever encountered. The fridge would literally jump scare you out of your sleep as it starts despensing ice (which you can turn off) or just hiss (which you can't do anything about( in the middle of the night. Same with AC which comes on with a force of NASA aircraft being launched into space. And if you will keep it off, your children will suffocate in that little double bedroom with no wi down. I usually sleep very well while at the beach but this unit resonated negatively with our family in that regard.
