The first time I booked, I fell in love right away. If there are relatives or colleagues who want to transit in Tegal, I will direct them to stay here... The security and receptionists are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is quite old, the quality and cleanliness are well maintained... It would be nice to renovate it again, as the power outlets for charging phones are insufficient 🤭🤭🤭

experience felt: staying for 2 days with family and in-laws, renting 2 standard rooms for 2 days, coincidentally my in-laws are used to staying here. We arrived for check-in around 11 AM and could early book, but unfortunately we were placed in the back building that was not suitable for habitation, the toilet was problematic, dust everywhere, and the room lights were yellow and dim, and there were bugs under the TV cabinet. My in-laws and I immediately complained to the receptionist, I asked to be moved to a room in the front building that my in-laws usually get when staying here. Initially, my request was denied because all the rooms in the front building were fully booked by a tour group arriving at night, then I showed evidence of the uninhabitable conditions in the back building room, I took photos of the bugs and things that could be considered by the hotel for our family to be moved to a suitable room, because at that time I was bringing a 3-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child with 2 elderly people. After being patient and waiting, we were finally able to be moved to a room in the front building where my in-laws usually stay. If not, we would have been very disappointed and might have asked for our money back and moved hotels. staff service: thank God the staff responded to our complaints well and kept looking for solutions. I have great respect for the staff at this hotel. cleanliness: for cleanliness, more attention should be given and checked again whether it is truly ready and suitable for hotel guests. food: the food here is more than sufficient, varied and tastes quite good, that’s why my in-laws always stay here when returning to Tegal. I hope what happened to us can lead to improvements for the hotel in the future to be better. thank you.

“One of the best hotels in Tegal”
The hotel is okay, clean, and reasonably friendly. However, the elevator is small with low capacity and a bit slow as well. The distance from my room to the elevator is quite far. Perhaps in the future, if it gets busier, it would be possible to add an elevator at the back. That's all, I hope the hotel gets busier and continues to maintain what it's already doing well.
