"This was our first time to vacation in Destin, Fl & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was ready when we arrived, the beach was beautiful, & everything we needed could be found at the resort. We didn’t have to leave for anything. The people were so friendly at the resort and those we met at the beach. The best thing is our kids had so much fun and can’t wait to get back to Sandestin next summer!"

"My wife, dog, and I enjoyed the stay. Check in / check out went smoothly and the hotel is clean and in a great location. There is a boardwalk next to it that takes you to the beach. Highly recommend for a family that wants to go to Miramar Beach at a reasonable price. "

"Room was nice enough for the purpose it served. We spent majority of our time out & about, exploring Destin, so only used the room to sleep/shower/change. I would definitely stay here again bc it's super close to all the attractions & Harborwalk. Other hotels in the area are pretty much double the price - no thanks."

"There add said "Stay two nights and get one free" "free breakfast" well guess what ?? I got nothing. When I asked about some type of breakfast, the answer was go the Waffle House up the street. I said to myself, maybe that is why they are giving a free night. "Wrong" I asked the person at the desk about a free night and was told "We are Full" ??? Anyway, I went to my room. Not surprise when I found that the TV did not work. Later it got fixed. About just before 6am we were awakened by very noisy truck and a noisey car with the motors running at a fast rate of speed. They were very loud. It was that way for 5 minutes and the motors slowed down to a lesser noise level. (still loud). The next morning was the same . So I ask You would You want to stay there ??? "Clean nice hotel on a budget this would be a good one for you or you and your family ..the room when I checked in was prepared and clean ..the Furnishings were appropriate ...the staff was friendly and helpful...I noticed a small pool and appeared to be very clean and well-kept.. the parking lot was large enough to accommodate all guests and within reasonable walking to the rooms ..with no shady characters noted and the parking lot was being observed by hotel staff/watchers......Cons-breakfast is very limited....(buy breakfast at the grocery...cook in room...bring skillet/pots/kitchen tools...or go out for breakfast.. I would stay again and I would recommend it to my family members and Friends for a nice economical Hotel in Destin Florida......stayed May2019 x3days......Keith/Ky"

"We found the hotel on internet and $54.00 plus tax was a good rate. Rooms clean, furniture, Interior nice, no odors, and staff was great. Beds were very comfortable even though I have back issues I slept great. Very family oriented of location walking to race cars, putt putt, lazy river, water slides, and arcades. Lots of shopping beach wear and etc. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast was provided and with the room rate we had that was included so it was a plus. We will definitely go back and we count on reviews to book hotels we stay in."

"Convenient to everything and so much to do without leaving the property. Everything was clean and wiped down in the room along with fresh towels and toiletries. The beach is normally packed midday and evening so it's best to go in the morning. Will definitely be back to visit "
