A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday, from 09:00 until 20:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 ,Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 11:00 until 17:00. Reservations for 3 or more apartments will be considered a group booking, and 20% of your payment is due at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay the booking deposit, return the group contract on time, or to disclose that you are visiting as part of a group could result in your booking being cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests.         “It like my home”

        Things I like
        clean environment, good washroom facility, big living room.

        Advantage: There should be dobule to the room quality and the service! Nice reception, nice environment, nice facility. it is good for a business traveler that I can enjoy the living room for business and also own my private space in the room. These are not provided in any hotel! Disadvantage: I have much expectation in the kitchen. It is clean, but the facilities is not enought. Fire pan should be a must for every kitchen. besides, the signal to the apartment is not so clear that I lost my way when I was coming. A big name on the wall is recommended.

        “I had a great time”

        Things I like
        the staff were very helpfull, near the bullring and city centre. Walking distance to china town as well. There is a mini market & restaurant beside the apartment.
        Things I don’t like
        A little bit noisy because it's behind some kind of warehouse, so the we hear the fork lift sound in the middle of the night.

        Overall we realy enjoyed our time while staying there. Because the location is in the city centre and our room was near the warehouse so we could hear they were working at night. But we get the other room for the 2nd night. The staff was very helpfull.
