Beautiful resort”

We were not particularly fond of the island Phu Quoc but loved this resort. Beautifully designed villas and friendly staff. (Only the gym was a bit off the beaten track..)

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon”

We booked an Ocean view Villa during our here for our honeymoon. It was fantastic staying at Premier Village. The villa is spacious, with 3 bedrooms (suitable for family) and a magnificent view over its infinity pool. The services and the food are all great! In addition to the private pool, we also enjoy the big infinity pools of the hotel, as well as the beaches with activities such as kayaking and cycling. All the staffs are very helpful and easily approachable. Our sincere thanks to the General Manager Daniel, the customer service staff Thi, the Corallo chef Pedro and other staffs as well. Will definitely come back with our family in the future. Some recommendation: if there is some free shuttle bus to/from the airport (does not need to be so frequent, maybe 2 or 3 trips per dayl, it would be more perfect.

Relaxing luxury ”

Fabulous huge villa with great beds and amenities.. the villa pool was great after a day at the beach. Beach clean with good facilities. Both restaurants served gorgeous food and staff were very helpful. Buggy service worked well using the app. It is a long way from anything although we did use taxis to go to cable car (must do), fishing village (must haggle on price of fish not like us) Saigonese restaurant (fab food need to book) and 4 island boat trip with (Pacific). Some slight miscommunication with staff but in general English is good. Would stay again if more local restaurants and things to do were developed. Lots of new development by Sun group so not sure what will be left of local Vietnamese life

fantastic resort!”

was really fantastic resort I've ever experienced. stayed 4 nights with 3 kids, and every minutes during stays has a value for my memory. swiminig twice in fool besides room, and can enjoy watching beautiful beach. really want to visit again here if I want to take a rest in Phu qouc!

Excellent experience”

My friends and I spent 2 nights at Two-Bedroom Island Villa with Private Pool. The whole experience was wonderful. Room condition was perfect with a very nice view. I'd like to give a shout-out to my our Resort host Tú Tú for recommending things we can do in the villa and managing our transportation. Because not everyone work in the villa can speak fluent English, she did an excellent job and really makes our stay more enjoyable! This villa is still expanding the varieties of food was okay for 3 nights. I believe this won't be an issue in the near future. I'll definitely recommended people to stay at this excellent villa when visiting Phú Quốc!

A wonderful experience!”

This has to be one of the best resorts i have stayed at! Upon arrival (If clear sky & sunny, the reception is amazing with breath taking views. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. Even the security guards standing around the resort are amazing! 3 bedroom villa was beautiful and had plenty of space for 5 people. Was truly an amazing experience. Breakfast & dinning very nice. Only issue would be the location being far away from everything. Saying this, we choose this resort intending to stay within the resort. The Facilities are great for a relaxing time. We hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect place to relax and ideal for family travellers”

I brought my parents who are 70 and disabled to this hotel and we had an absolutely wonderful time! You can take buggy to anywhere in the resort and the staffs are amazingly friendly The best thing is you really feel how they care about you. I am a vegetarian and my sister is gluten intolerant. The staffs showed us the things we could eat on the breakfast buffet on the first day. My sister even had gluten free cupcakes and bread everything. Definitely the best resort I have had stay in. Villa is ok but the way of handling complaints is awful. Many calls came late night for contacting front desk. After I removed the phone line, I could calm down. Moreover the next day calls came again from many foreigner!!! My family disturbed our vacation on last day in phu qouc. What is this! Service desk provides the pick up instead of my reservation that I booked before. My driver should go back with no fee because villa's constracts with taxi. I said I promised to him I pay 1,750k dong but hotel said "Don't worry about that". So being provided, I came back to Korea. My driver request the charge of his fuel to me. What is this? The manager gave me his name card but it will not be used. I don't want to go there again.

Perfect vacation, Infiniti pool, friendly staff”

Love this resort, very relaxing, my kids enjoyed the Infiniti pool & the beach, breakfast was great. The seafood buffet at night was delicious but the queue is will get really busy during peak. Food - in room / hotel restaurant only. I believe most of their unit come with a pantry kitchen so you can cook (prepare your own ingredients) I rate it 5/5 love it

Exceptional”

Stunning villa with private pool. Spacious bedrooms and huge living room. We have a wonderful 2 night stay here. Very quiet and beautiful view over ocean. Bathroom is so clean with plenty of amenities. We recommend this resort for anyone who is searching quietness and comfortable stay in luxurous environment.

A beautiful island escape”

The hotel is well laid out, and right now is extremely good value for money. The beach is pristine, staff are friendly, and the villas are large and airy with the private pool a great addition. The spa is amazing, well priced with amazing masseurs. Sadly due to COVID the menu is limited with only one restaurant open. But the food is tasty - and very well priced for the location. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Resort~~ But...”

Although there is no blame for such things as beautiful accommodation and natural environment, I write down my opinions on what I want to improve your customer service and what I am dissatisfied with using it. 1. Considering the relatively high cost of accommodation, it would be to nice to offer free limousine service. 2. We had a blackout notice of electricity at the resort (11 a.m. ~ 12:30 p.m.) but sent a one-sided internal web message, and we checked the message only after it was actually blackout. I can understand up to this point. But the electricity was still off at 12:30. There's no message, and only when we call again does the manager say it takes more time, but there's no power at the appointed time. The resort's kitchen facilities are induction, so we can't eat lunch and don't move to another place. After about 4 hours, the electricity was turned on. I don't think it's a matter of just saying sorry to the customer, but when I checked out, the resort didn't even mention it.

Poor service”

I have 3 day-trip in this resort. The facilities are quite good and new. The staff clean up the room well but the private pool in villa is dirty with many fallen leaves in. But the most disappointed thing is the service here. It's so bad (with the amount I have to pay). When we first arrive, the receptionist introduced their service (dining in room, spa, bicycle loan service...) and told me if we want to use bicycle in the resort, we can register and they will bring to my villa. Besides, we can ask them to take tramcar to visit the resort. But the next day, when I want to visit the resort, I first ask for the bicycle, they said sorry that the visitors are so crowded so they couldn't bring bicycle for me and asked me I had to go to their station (where they put their bicycles) and then register there myself! Because it's quite far from my villa, I quit. Then I asked for the tramcar to take me around the resort for visiting. They refused again because the visitors are so crowded (again!)

Excellent location, spacious villas, nice staff though still lacking experience”

Pros: location, beach, swimming pool, villas Cons: unexperienced staff (making some mistakes in food delivery, some with limited English skill), sea not very clean (plastics coming on the beach, but cleaned by staff), food choice a bit limited outside of pricey buffet options.

Great concept, poor execution”

Spent 6 nights there, but left a bit disappointed. Great concept and a fabulous location, but too many things do not live up to the promise. The villas look nice from the outside, but the quality of furnishings and furniture is not 5-star (very cheap material and quite some wear and tear already). The same goes for food; especially breakfast was far from 5-star standards (Salinda still unmatched, intercontinental also much better, just to name a few...). Dinner Buffett way too obviously reuses leftovers from breakfast as does room service. Buggy service is ridiculous: We waited 45min for a scheduled (!) pickup on our check out day. So overall a disappointing experience, because it could have been so much better, if only... too bad!

Villa Hotel”

There was an initial mix up when our group was given a 3 bedroom villa despite our booking clearly stating 4 bedrooms. Otherwise villa was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom worked well and we communicated with our host thru what’s app. It seems that written communication is better understood than verbal. May have to wait for buggy especially at peak times. Food generally good.

waited for luggages to send back to our room for 1 hour and they cannot be sure which is ours (already gave the tag to the team tho). waitied for buggy car for 45 mins dispite we called 3 times booked a table for ny gala in advance with baby chair. when we arrived they told me baby chair is fully booked???after telling them that I booked already, they provided me a baby chair ultimately. weird
