✿ VILLA OCUPANCY:
Villa has maximum ocupancy up to 9 person ( 6 adults + 3 children under 12 yeasr old). If there is more than this number of people, there will be a surcharge and bedding configuration will be arranged as below:
● 6 Adults ➸ Using 3 rooms
● 7,8 Adults ➸ Using 3 rooms & Set up 1 Floor Mattress in room 1
Children under 12 years old can stay FREE of charge IF sharing existing beds with parents and will NOT be counted.
Children from 12 years old are considered as adult and will be ADDED to maximum ocupancy.
Children under 6 years old sharing beds with parents and will NOT be counted to maximum ocupancy.

Villa is located inside The Ocean Villas Resort with green garden and natural landscape surrounding. You will be able to enjoy the facilities in this property such as beautiful beach, beachside restaurant,public pools, kid playgrounds,spa,bar,...
It's approx 20 mins each way from Danang or Hoi An Ancient Town, 7 minutes to Marble Mountains and plenty of local markets/ supermarkets within 20 mins. But the additional cost of taxis is made up with the beautiful resort as this area is really perfect for your family or group of friends to chill out few days, stay away from busy life in urban.
Seen from outside all villas inside area, the structure of the facades are the same with beige color and red tile roof bringing them something very Vietnamese. Hygien, gardening, insect-killing in the areas are especially paid more attention and maintaned in good conditions by management board. It’s quite quiet and private. The air is so fresh that you just need to walk along the street in front of villas to unwind and refresh yourself. If you travel in groups with friends, the BBQ behind the villa’s garden near the pool is ideal plan and choice. Nothing is greater and more wonderful than soaking your bodies in the pool, enjoying the yummy dishes with little wine and taking crazy and impressive photos.

+ PUBLIC POOL:
Truly relaxed with 2 open air swimming pools for free (apart from private pool of the villa). Operating times is from 6.30 am to 6.30pm. Both pools are in walking distance. Sunbed and parasol are available for the guest’s comfort.

+ PRIVATE BEACH:
Can’t imagine how amazing it will be if you are able to sit in white sand and enjoy the scenic sunset & sunrise with your beloved ones. It will be definetely a wonderful moment.If your family has a baby, our recommendation to you is to bring with you kites for flying.

+ WHITE CAPS POOL BAR
Quench your thirst with a fresh fruit juice, refreshing cocktail or indulge in a delicious poolside snack at White Caps pool bar.

+ THE NẾP RESTAURANT & REFLECTIONS RESTAURANT
Guests can enjoy a meal at one of the villa's 2 restaurants
A perfect trip cannot miss awesome food. Don’t forget to treat your family with buffet at Reflection restaurant. Operating hours: 6:30am – 10:00pm.
Another choice for your meal is enjoy fresh seafood and local sepecialities provided by The Nếp Restarant, a newly opened for the guest’s convenience. Operating hours: 11.00am – 10.00 pm

+ TIDES SPA:
Operating hours: 8.00am – 8:30pm.
You will emerge feeling fresh, free and full of energy with different kinds of treatment and packages in Tides Spa. Please note that you need to make the reservation in advance (around 2-3 hours before).

+ GYM CENTER
For those who cannot leave gym even in holiday, The Ocean villas is a great choice where you can maintain your daily work out routine. Open daily from 5.00am-10.00pm. Surcharge is 100,000vnd/session.
