Nastiest rooms and bedding ”
Thier hotel rooms was so nasty.specially bedding. There are dry bloody spot on bedding..was so nasty whole in bedding..bathroom has mold..sink was clogged, 1 tube light was missing,whole in bathtubs, shower curtain was nasty,missing pillows on bed everything was so nasty n bed but we donthave any choices simce there is nonrefundable rooms.

Great location. Walked to most things. Parking is extremely expensive downtown so being able to leave my vehicle in hotel parking lot was a Godsend. Being right in the middle of town does have its benefits. Continental breakfast is served each morning and does save on expenses

We had to switch rooms 3x. First room they gave us wasn’t cleaned. The second room had a huge water spot on the ceiling. Finally the 3rd room was decent. Breakfast didn’t have much to choose from. The staff was friendly and tried

Nasty rooms … had black mold all over our bathroom ceiling … broken door handles … stains on the sheets and cigarette butts outside all around out door. Was able to get a refund and got a room at the the Fairfield by Marriot … don’t recommend ever staying here .. sleep in ur car

We stayed three nights. We changed room twice. First room was really bad. The sink was leaking and you can feel the cold air coming through the front door like 1/4 inch gap, and no wifi. They switched us to the other room with no heat. Luckily, they were able to switch us again to the room next door.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn creek side but it is like most places in Gatlinburg that have not yet to be updated there is a little mold here & there on the bathroom ceiling railings that need repair, etc. but for the most part the room was clean, the staff was accommodating and we felt comfortable. We were happy with the room. To be clear when I say mold I mean a few miniature black spots but it still needs addressing before it gets worse through the years. Overall good place

Location was great with several nice restaurants around the hotel within easy walking distance . The creek running alongside the hotel is nice . Room was clean and staff were friendly . The hotel could use some updating on the exterior but would stay again .

Disappointed and No Free Breakfast”
I made this reservation because I specifically wanted a place with breakfast included. There was no breakfast and the coffee maker in the room didn’t even work. I also made the reservation asking to be let in my room early since I traveled quite a ways and they didn’t accommodate that either.

Lady at check in was wonderful assisting us. Located just off the main parkway and walking distance to several Awesome restaurants and walking the strip. Room was large, clean, comfortable bed for a wonderful nights sleep and lovely small balcony with a cute stream view. It is a older motel with updates but definitely a great value! Have already recommended and will return!

This hotel is.located close to the convention center and distilleries. Our room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. There was a hair dryer in the room for me to use. Our room was on a steep hill but there is a pathway to an outdoor elevator that took us straight to the ground floor at street level, it was very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around without needing to drive anywhere. Texas Roadhouse is just across the street and there is a convenience store on the corner. Nice place to stay and the price was good.
