New hotel close to Tenjin shopping and restaurant district. They offered a free snack buffet from 5 p.m., you get a box and can fill it as you like. Great service! Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Totally recommend this hotel! It's quite new hotel with very friendly staff. All room/fixtures are new too and very clean. Breakfast buffet had so many choices, I could not even try all items! I would stay here again!

Modern Hotel with a nice atmosphere”
Nice lobby with a lot of books. Small but clean rooms, bathtub is a bit tiny, so maybe not for xxl-people. Nice bed. Only downside: Fridge is a bit noisy, so I switched it off during the night.

The location is absolutely the best at TENJIN. But actually the Room size is quite small. Seems quite narrow and do not have 18 quarter Meter.

The best of all, great location to go about fukuoka city. Great access to airport and local buses. Hope refridge work and have water to drink in a room.

Just perfect for me as I always visit around Tenjin. All are connected with tube. There are arcade 2min walk so u don't get wet from tube station. New good facility. Reasonable price. All are comic for young people sadly breakfast is ok staff is ok one person is not friendly

Bed bug”
There was an insect bite. The room was changed immediately, but there were already nine bites, and it's been about a week, but there's a serious itch. It was fortunate that I took a photo and showed it to the front desk and solved all the situations that the employees could do, but I still feel uncomfortable. I guess I wasn't lucky.

Value for money over the weekend”
It is very good value for money if you stay during the week. Unfortunately, I stayed over the weekend and booked last minute so value for money is poor in my case as I paid almost 3 times the weekdays price for my stay on a Saturday.

Pros: highly accessible in Tenjin; two convenience stores nearby; a popular ramen restaurant just a minute walk from the hotel; functioning air-con. Cons: Dark room (even daytime); insufficient lighting; the view from the window is just the wall of the adjacent building. Found a tiny red bug near the pillow on the third day of my stay.
