Highly recommended”

All personnel are friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help you. Rooms are spacious, and building is new. It is in the central part of Casablanca. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the best hospitality I have ever received in my 30 years of Traveling ”

The Staff (specifically the management Mohammad Manar, and the other manager Mohammed, and Huda at the reception)of the hotel are one of the most courteous in their accommodations during my stay. The hotel is amazing due exceptional cleanness and service and decorated facilities. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel, and I would add a star and give it 6 star hotel, for the exceptional staff.

Super Clean”

The lobby and room was modern and fresh. The bathroom felt completely new as I think it was the most well kept/clean hotel shower I have ever seen. We stayed for three nights and everything went smoothly.

Exceptional”

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Perfect location, helpful stuff, Beautiful practice, a wonderful visit to Casablanca. They even refunded part of our nonrefundable stay, as Covid rules changed and we had to return home. This hotel is five stars.

Great at arrival and great breakfast buffé. Really nice staff and don't forget to visit the spa. Great value for the money!

Hôtel is new service is average ”

We spend 3 nights at the very beginning of our trip. Room is tiny even superior is still small, the bedding was nice, furniture are really designed. I have to mention it : the elevators, one is for the staff, another is broken during our short stay, so only one was working, and is not set nicely, we spend a lot time IN and WAIT, even we were on the 9th floor to the lobby floor, this one would take us to go UP level and stop to all floor before taking the right way down. It’s not only happen to us, everyone experience the same thing. By the morning don’t be in the rush. Room service is quite poor, we have wait 80mn for the a beef carpaccio, a grill fish filet, and a French bouillabaisse, it’s a fish soup. It’s come only with 1 set of cutlery, without any spoon for the soup.. And we wait another 15mn for the second set of cutlery, which is not professional, they know we are 2 in the room and especially we order 3 dishes. Otherwise the SPA was really good, we went 3 times during our short stay.

On a refusé de changer la date de ma réservation, et de la devancer de deux jours. Bien évidement, on a refusé de me rembourser, quel manque d'éthique et d'honnêteté ! Suite à la nouvelle interdiction du Canada d'accepter les vols en provenance du Maroc, je n'avais pas le choix de devancer mon départ, surtout que j'ai dû acheter un vol indirect à fort prix. Cet hôtel "avec de hauts standards" a refusé de m'aider et cela a eu un impact majeur sur ma sécurité. J'étais là sur place avec mes valises sans aucune références à Casablanca, j'étais seul au milieu d'un monde inconnu. En attendant mon vol du lendemain, j’ai dû dormir à l'extérieur de l'aéroport, sur un banc, comme un SDF. Je ne pourrai jamais pardonner ce refus de l'hôtel, et sachez que vous faite honte à tout le monde de l'hôtellerie, une honte immonde qui s'éloigne de l'image de votre pays parce que sans l'aide de plusieurs citoyens marocains, je n'aurais jamais pu me rendre dans mon pays en santé.
