Very clean hotel in excellent location on the beach. So many free services - free wifi, bike hire, international phone calls, free wine and chocolate in the room etc! Only downside was that pool only open between 10am-5pm so I did not get much chance to use it as I was working during the day.
Nice location – near centre but surroundings are calm. Room is clean, stylish and new. Highly recommend rooms with balcony and sea view. Breakfast is included in every booking, even if agoda states "no breakfast included". Food is fresh and coffee is very nice. Reception stuff is commonly efficient. I picked this hotel based on reviews about the staff and they were right! We celebrated my wife's birthday, which I mentioned in the order form (but didn't expect too much). When we arrived, we received a personal greeting card, handwritten by the manager, a bottle of wine, baloons and chocolate cake for her birthday! Needless to say we will return.
Staff were helpful, wifi was fast and stable. Best of all, there are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes around. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Although this is a hotel that mainly aims for business trips, we are a couple and we just wanted to get away for a weekend and it was really perfect! It is very nice, clean, gorgeous design, and one could really feel that all the details were taken care of.

Bedroom and bathroom in the De Luxe suite well appointed but wardrobe very small for anyone staying longer than a couple of nights. Fire alarm notification needs to be in other languages other than Hebrew which many guests wouldn’t understand
Israeli hotels are very poor value, so most savvy travellers search the booking sites for the best deals. Kikar Boutique occupies the corner of a busy square, so lots f restaurants are close by. The room itself defined mediocrity; nevertheless at the price I paid it was a decent deal.

i was very upset when i booked my tickets it was supposed to be approx$1200 & when i finalized the payment it jumped up to $1557. i called Agoda & they told me that it will not be charged & yet the hotel charged me the full amount.
I do not recommend it. The owner has no concept of respect or common courtesy.

We thought we had booked a Tel Aviv hotel in the Leonardo Suite by the Beach Bat Yam, but found Bat Yam was 6 kms from Tel Aviv centre, this was not a problem until you book a tour as we did , to Masada then we found we were picked up first at our hotel then dropped off last which added a lot of time spent in the mini bus. Our stay was pleasant. It was great to be on the sea, to have a kitchen in the room with a table and chairs to eat at, and the rooms were not bad. They need to fix up the rooms a bit more (the toilets don't flush, the bathroom doors don't close), but all in all decent value for money.

You get what you pay for. Very very reasonably priced, with the beach right across it. No elevators and warm and helpful staff. Its like coming home to a relative or friend's house. Very basic facilities and no hearty breakfast. But hey, this was what I was willing to pay. So its okay.

You get what you pay for. Very very reasonably priced, with the beach right across it. No elevators and warm and helpful staff. Its like coming home to a relative or friend's house. Very basic facilities and no hearty breakfast. But hey, this was what I was willing to pay. So its okay.

Smack right in the center of City center. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Swimming pool on the roof is abit small, but nice. Near to the beach too. Carpark is behind the hotel and is difficult to find. Its 30NIS per day. There's a free carpark down the road, but its a 10 mins walk to the carpark.
