I was very pleasantly surprised ! Even with renovations going on while I was there the staff and facilities were amazing ! Could not have asked for a better vacation. Very clean & staff went above and beyond. The valet service was well worth the extra money too .

Business trip, use to live in Myrtle Beach. Needed to take care of few things I now live overseas. Very nice ,great location, and exceptually clean. I would stay here again

Staff is very professional and pleasant. Beautiful room. Was only there for one night, so wasn’t able to take advantage of the stuff they had to offer.

This hotel is at a great location, close to the beach, oceanfront room view was excellent. Room was clean, but not spotless. Bathroom was old and dated. The cons for this hotel is everything was stained , the cabinets were almost off hinges it did not look like the pictures of the room that I seen .

The Sun & Sands were going through renovations/updates at he time of our stay. However, this place was quiet, convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Chose on the basis of hot tub, sauna, bar and inside pool and saw none of these. There was no cable and cd's had to be gotten from the lobby but only one movie at a time was allowed. Chose a side view room to see part of the ocean and city but could see neither because they were blocked by trees.

Location right next to the free bus stop, few minutes from everything. Room clean and air con was which was needed with the humidity!

Very clean to be an old hotel. Good location downtown and beach access on the property was convenient. Good value for the cheaper rates.

This resort is amazing... we never even went to the beach there was so much to do and the water park was awesome! Our room was in the Kingston plantation condos... it was nice but our room didn’t get consistent daily housekeeping so we had to ask for several things but the staff was quick to accommodate. I’ll definitely be back to Kingston plantation.

I didn’t even stay at Baymont. I arrived at 0100am Jan 10th to be told I could not stay cause reservation was for Jan 10th -11th Reservations were because I was arriving during the early am. We were a little surprised to find that our modest-sized room with one (very comfortable) double bed also contained a full-sized fridge, four-ring stove with oven, microwave, sink, cupboards, pots, dishes, cutlery, table for two. Kudos to manager Lindy White for making me feel totally at home. Stayed for nearly a month and found hotel very comfortable. Everything you need for extended stay -- to-it-yourself laundry facilities, in-room fridge and microwave, excellent breakfast buffet with lots of healthy choices. FREE business center!

The fitness center..well if you could call it that did not open toll 10am. That made no sense. I wanted to work out before i left each day. The equipment waz pretty run down anyway.

The facility was fine. The view was wonderful! The UNIT, really needs a deep cleaning and a make-over.

Nice location, they only clean your room every forth day. When your on a beach it should be done daily. We were on the top floor, pigeons were on our balcony all the time, not once did anyone clean the poop up. Made our balcony useless. Had a water stain on the ceiling $5.00 worth of paint would have taken care of
