Upon check in I found two hairs on my bed and hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest - and asked for the bed to be remade which the hotel did. Hotel staff also said if made a tour of the diamond sales centre I would be given real pearl earrings - this was not the case and the diamond sales centre was very pushy and overpriced - I would not recommend. The location by the diving school was great and breakfasts were fresh and with lots of choices. Views from hotel superb, diving school great, and a good base for my stay in Eilat. Would go back and stay again.

I have booked a small holiday for my friend and I. As we are a student who lives in Europe but our nationality is Israeli we do speak the language. I have been using Agoda for a while now and perfectly satisfied with their service. My total price for this holiday was generous and logic but as I reached the hotel It was noted to me that I must pay the VAT fees or go home. I have looked at my booking and saw that the total price was as they said without VAT. I do feel as I have been misled to this generous price. I have been viewing my perniciously booking and booking confirmation to see that the VAT was stated brightly and formally in many other countries all over the world but yet to this hotel was not stated or informed as proper. In addition, as I confirmed the reservation I have spoken to the hotel about my reservation and received no information or warning about the matter. This unfortunate and misconception of the reservation forced us to change our plans due to money issue.

if you want a pampered stay in a 5 star hotel with reasonable prices then the rimonim hotel eilat is definetly the right choice.located at the north beach the hotel has an easy access to the beach promenade with all its restaurants,cafes and shops without getting disturbed by any noise.room are nicely decorated with a balcony and all the features of the hotel are fantastic.the highlight is the daily breakfast buffet....so many choices and fantastic food...unbelievable great and fresh food!!

Need I say more. The location is excellent away from the hustle and bustle of Eilat centre. The beach is a couple of hundred yards away. It is opposite the observatory. nice pool area, helpful lifeguard, Boaz. The room was a bit tired, I so I was told ungraded, yet the picture on the booking was the room I got. Housekeeping and maintenance departments need a lot more training, there are too many things to go into, but let’s say if they kept the rooms up to cratch, it would be nearer a 4 star hotel. One the whole it is a nice hotel, a bit worn. The breakfast was good. Amazing view of the Gulf of Aqaba. If you are of the mindset that you are staying in a 3 star hotel you will not be disappointed.

Branded as West Boutique hotel, was a bit confused on arrival with only West in the English transcription. But taxi found it OK! 5 minutes walk to the sandy public beach. Shallow and fun for kids bathing and wading, but not for proper swimming due to big waves and strong currents. Sea was warm and could stay in for hours. Shortage of rental umbrellas, ask for beach towel from hotel. Food at hotel was so good, didn't want to go anywhere else. Should have gone HB! Market on Wednesday not to be missed. Great place to explore from - get a guided bus tour to Jerusalem. Rent a car and a good map for day trips to the Dead Sea, Tel Aviv and up north. Return empty fuel tank, which works out cheaper with no tax for tourists. Free underground parking at hotel. Great open air pool upstairs. Chip and pin cards don't always work, so USD are best. Check FX rates around, as they can vary. Remember shabad - everything closes early on Friday (even the coffee machines!) and life returns to normal Sunday. A beautiful and memorable destination with a proud and hard-working people.

This is my 3rd time in this hotel. I am coming back because I really love it. Located in the southern beach, some would take it as a disadvantage, but I prefer it that way. If you don't have a car then you will need to use taxi (10-15$US). But, there are great restaurants around, the hotel has a great pool and a very good beach with a coral reef that you can snorkel. Breakfast is just fabulous! the only thing i didn't like this time was the attitude for the reception guy. when we checked in we got a "Garden Room" that we did not book. Those room are located at the pool level, instead of a balcony they have an exit right to the pool, but the problem is that your room is actually on a promenade and must be always closed, otherwise it feels like you live in the street. we refused to take this room and told that there is no other room available. However, surprise surprise, when i asked for a manager and available room on floor 2 was found it just leave you a bad feeling when this happens

Agamim hotel is not far from the main shopping and travelling area of Eilat, which is nice. If you want to get to the beach it's only a few minutes walk, or a taxi ride (less than 10 minutes) to the southern shore, which is nicer. The hotel is equipped with everything you need, and has an amazing swimming pool, plus "rooms on the water", for anyone who wants to be close to it and still enjoy a bit of privacy. The only downside of the hotel are the rooms - even though they're nice, they are not modern in their design, and the carpet is old.

Only problem which I have with this hotel is communication with consumer.. We arrived at 19 and we could entrance at the hotel area, on the gate was phone number but no one responded.. Fortunately another couple came in the same time and we came with them.. We choice a key to room which looks the most similar like in the booking photos from keybox independently.. I think that owner should contact with consumer before, give him pin code to gate and explain everything if he isn't answer the phone.. Room was fine, clean, with kitchen stuff. Walls in building very thin.. We heard every conversation from another rooms.

I would some up as adequate 3 star, not more. There is not much to choose in Mitzpe Ramon so if you want clean rooms with comfortable beds, fridge and TV, a place for B&B, then its fine. Food okay, but limited choices by Israeli standards, we wre on half board but no dessert that my son could eat - all cakes and apple only fruit salad. Reception staff professional but dining staff could have been more attentive (took 4 asks before they cleaned up pool of spilt drinks caused by a waiter by our table). Pool was closed for refurbishment but website didn't mention this - so check first.

The Red Sea Hotel was a lovely hotel. The check in was quite and my room was nice. The room was small but the bed was confortable enough for sleeping well. The air conditioner worked well here and the bathroom was clean with the shower working good too. There were kids running away making noise in the hallways before midnight however the hotel staff did there best to try to keep them quite.

The location is great, 5 minutes to the beach and beach promenade with restaurants, shops and all entertainment you'll need. Rooms are clean, very comfortable bed, private terrace, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities, good WIFI and a big cable flat TV with lot's of channels. In the building is a 24 hour minimart and a wine and liquor store.  15 minutes walk to the main city center is a well-stocked supermarket and the central bus station, where Ovda Airport bus departs 3 hours before flight departures (fare 21.50 NIS). Eilat has a widespread public WIFI accessable, also on the beaches. There is no 24 hrs reception but if necessary, between 10:00-22:00, the administration of the complex is at your disposal on the phone. The manager Oleg is very nice and friendly, always willing to help. Note: the location is next to the Eliat Airport for local flights, when airplane is landing or taking off, it can get noisy. Fortunately there is no traffic during the night (22.00-07.00).

I didn't see that pool which on the picture, otherwise the hotel is good for the money they charge. Breakfast is good, there variety of choices, salads, coffee, tea, juices, cheeses, eggs, etc. for just $12 more. Good and safe parking lot. Nice location, 5 minutes to shopping center. and a lot of restaurants and pubs. 5 minutes to beaches. The only bothering things is a very loud music until 2 am from the near pub.

I’ve been in many countries and many hotels with good food but Futuny this week Leonardo Privilege suprised me. I like good food and if you like it too this hotel is for you. In opinion of all hotel guests all dishes were excellent and very tasty. Staff was friendly, no issues. Noce swinning pool and very close to everything you need, beach, exchange, stores etc. It was pleasant stay

We were moving house and only wanted to sleep there one night. We were upgraded to executive room which was very nice but for the short time we were there was not really necessary. Problem was with check in receptionist an the Guest Relationship Manager Oranit Gahari. My voucher from Agoda clearly stated, that as an Israeli citizen, I must pay 17% VAT to the hotel on check in. FINE. After discount I paid Israeli shekels 373.57 . !7% VAT on this amount was IS 63.51 (Approx. (18.14). I was told I must pay IS 84.11 ($23.36). REASON BEING that was what the computer said. Full Agoda price before discount was IS $558.20. VAT on this amount was IS 94.89. ($26.35). After arguing the difference I was sent to speak with Guest Relation Manager Ms Gahari. She wanted to see the receipt from Agoda, which I showed her. She then claimed that she has never heard of Agoda and how was she to know that I didn't fabricate the receipt. (Really for $5.-difference). She tried to explain that the computer does not make mistakes and that waswhat I must pay. She did promise to heck it out and give me an answer that evening. It is now 4 days and no answer. In the end I paid the full amount.

Staff very friendly and helpful, SPA was amazing. Multilingual and professional. Food-just all best compliments-thanks to Food and Beverage Manager. Very clean rooms. Towels changing daily. Live music at the lobby every evening. I was very impressed -recomending to all type travellers. Not much to do for kids, no playground, no playrooms. Is not much entertainment in the dark time, so, I would recommend a small cinema room, mini cinema teatre. Would take more people out of room in the evening. Shuttle buses operating, you can order any tour around the places at the reception. Prices- affordable, but Israel expensive country itself, so extra money you must have. If I'll be back to Dead Sea- I'll stay in the same place, cause I like comfort and not too overcrowded places. If you are the same, you should go to Oasis hotel. Best luck for guys over there and thanks again.

We were at the Dead Sea for 2 nights. Firt night we stayed at a different hotel which had 4 stars on Agoda apparently... it was a mess! did not like it at all.... so when I saw that Crowne only had 3 I honestly did not know what to expect. I was wrong though... it was 10 times better than the other one.. big and modern room.. incredible view and very clean. We were called by Public Relations in the evening to check if everything was ok and she was so nice, she even offered us free beakfast ( we were 3 women) as we did not includ breakfast in our booking. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I would definitely book it again.

We had booked very late and were looking for a hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We could go on foot to places of interest and found some nice restaurants nearby. Since it is not that far from the beach front, we were able to walk from the hotel. The area is also fine and not noisy, and the hotel easy to find. Next time will book in advance to avoid surprises.

Located in the beginning of the boardwalk of Eilat, near Mall Hayam. The entrance seems renovated recently and includes several seats and a small bar. The rooms are nice, partially turn in the direction of the airport - but it seems not to disrupt too much (especially when the door to the balcony is closed). The breakfast is really good, a lot of choices that can fit adults and kids. The hotel also offers dinner for 120 NIS per person (we did not took the offer). There is also free parking (might be full when the hotel is fully booked). Recommended!

This hotel is great in every way---amenities, breakfast, service, spa, cleanliness. We had a super lovely room, 2 Queen sized bed, a jacuzzi and a balcony ---- one could not ask for anything more. Another plus for the hotel---- the 4 elevators were so efficient--never waited more than 10 seconds and the hotel was totally full. My husband went for the mud wrap treatment and said the therapists were super. I enjoyed the salt water pools---indoor and outside- and the public jacuzzi . All in all, this was a terrific vacation and the hotel made it so. PS--We read other reviews that were less than complimentary and wonder how they came to those conclusions. This Daniel Dead Sea hotel was 5 star all the way.... And when we did a hotel run walking north one evening, we were so happy, after seeing the others, that we had chosen the Daniel. The next evening we "drove" south to see the other hotels and again were glad the DANIEL was OUR hotel.

This hotel is having a perfect location just 350 M from the M Crater top This short walk able you to revisit the sun set and the sun raise easily The room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast is very rich huge verity as well as for vegan or veterinarians The reception and staff services are such as to make you to feel at home they are all polite and pretty much service oriented If you are looking for a 5 start accommodation - keep searching however if you are into price VS what you get this is a great place to consider
