I arrived after midnight and at the counter was still a friendly woman to welcome me. At the breakfast, the restaurant doesn't look well organized. There is not much place in case the hotel is fuully booked. The bathroom is very basic and not really a 4-star standard, it should be renovated. But all together it is not a bad choice to stay there 1 or 2 nights.
Cleaning of the rooms didnt happen until 17 in the afternoon some days and it was not up to standards as they didnt change glasses etc. Breakfast was very buys and dishes everywhere.
It is a good experience to stay in this hotel for its good location, easy access to the airport, good quality breakfast
It’s basic but lots of space in the apartment. No a/c or window screens. Brilliant location in centre of town . Good free wireless and free parking. Don’t expect to be able to cook and not enough cutlery if 4 shared the apt! But there is a microwave, kettle and fridge so you get by. Two supermarkets near by. No shaver socket, which surprised us.
this hotel is well located in downtown with easy access to the sightseeing and shopping in the city. There is a lot of resautorant jist close to the hotel and there is shuttle bus from the airport to the a stop close to the hotel.
we had a wonderfull time. These hotels manage to have so much knowlege of their building and expose this in a beautifull way
The hotel has good sports facility of swimming pool, table tennis and good quality of breakfast.
Excellent and value for money
The Hotel is very good located in one of Umeå's main street. You have access to almmost everything from this hotel. train station, buss station and the airport buss. You do have many shopping shops and restaurangs in the area.
Great place for a short stay. Room was clean and has all the basic you might need. Do bring your own toiletries!

I got a room which was actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Excellent. However, it was quite cold inside. You can take tea and coffee all the day, staff is very pleasant and the hotel is situated in the city of Vindeln with a wild river and natural park along it. Very nice place mainly for vacation.
