Good location price but”

checkin front desk is not far from room. And easy to go. room location is good little crowded place. room is clean and condominium style you can feel you live there. Room has all items about fresh wash but don’t have razor so my bf is little annoying. They have kitchen but no microwave and pot and pan. So need to go lobby to make it. But kettle is only one and someone took it to the own room. So we couldn’t use it we tried to use it and went to lobby again but other guests haven’t backed whole night. It’s only uncomfortable system. If it’s only one kettle, they should leave one pot in the room at least. 立地金額申し分ない。また利用したいけど。レンジとケトルが1台しかなく。さらにケトルを部屋に持って行って一晩中返さないゲストがいます。明確にルールを記載するか最低限お湯を沸かせる小さなやかんや鍋が部屋にあれば最高ですね。

Awful: Unable to sleep due to noise. Avoid the area!”

The accommodation is located across the street from a night club and live house. We arrived on a Friday night after a long-haul flight hoping for a pleasant and refreshing rest before getting started with our holiday. The street is very lively which got worse around 11pm. From around mid-night the music started and continued until 4.30am on the Friday. It was more of the same on the Saturday night with loud dance music pounding away until 6am. Two nights of non-existent sleep and one upset child was a terrible start to our holiday. Thankfully we had only booked two nights before moving on to visit family. Ironically, there are notices on the windows informing guests to keep the noise down and if they are seen on the balcony after 10pm they will be billed an additional 30,000Yen! If you plan to party until dawn in the city then this might be an ideal venue for you. For me and my family, however, it was a nightmare.

新しく建ったばかりの建物でとても綺麗。場所は親富孝通りのど真ん中で、コンビニやご飯屋さん、ショッピングにも徒歩圏内で行けるし、バス停や地下鉄も近いので、とても便利な場所でした！

福岡に来た際は毎回このシリーズで良いかもしれない”

マンションの一室といった感じでとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 飲食店やコンビニ、屋台なども近くに沢山ありますし、天神駅からも近いので交通の便も良いです。 ホテル内に従業員はいませんが、入り口がオートロックなのでセキュリティも問題なし。 繁華街の中にあるので、夜中でもやや外の音は入ってきますが気になるほどではなかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

部屋の鍵は別の場所でもらえるんですね”

長期滞在用の部屋に１泊のみの宿泊でした。 普通のマンションのような１部屋を借りる形で洗濯機やキッチン、大きなテレビと色々揃っていて満足しました。 フロントは別の場所にあって部屋の鍵はそちらで預けられるということを予約後に知ったため少し戸惑いましたが、距離はそれほど遠くなく徒歩で数分の場所にありました。 価格も安いのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

カギの受け渡しが、複雑で、旅行者には向かないと思われます。車がある出張出の利用などでしょうが、博多駅までカギを取りにいかなければならないのが致命的。

4部屋あってここにトイレとシャワーが設置してあるが、トイレ風呂は一か所にまとめてリビングを広くとった方が使いやすい間取りと感じました。またどこのレジデンスでもいえる事ですが、エアコンフィルター目詰まりでエアコンが全然効かない。
