Cheap price for three persons ( one queen size bed with one futon) with fully facilities look like a general studio room, 600-700m from hakata station , and must across 2blocks for check in first

Close to the Hakata Station, but difficult to find”
The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Hakata station. The room is clean. Very good value for money. Please be noted, the hotel will charge for the luggage storage. And the time we can go to our room is after 5pm. Luckily you can find a lot of luggage lockers in the Hakata Station. BTW, I would like to suggest you to use google map to view the street view from Hakata station to the hotel. It helps a lot to find the hotel. When I tried to find this hotel, I followed the street, but I still cannot easily find it, because you need to turn into a small side street and then walked for 10 metres and then you can see the sign of the hotel.

Close to Hakata station and close enough to the check in reception to not be an issue. Room was clean and very well kept. The bed was firm as were the pillows, so if you prefer softer, you may want to ask for those in advance. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is woefully inadequate. It drops out and struggles to maintain a connection. It is far too slow. I also think the security of the connection is easily compromised.

Wifi is very slow. Rooms are not for big families. The futon is Japanese style...a matress on the floor. There is not much room for it. This room is great for singles or couples or a family of 3.

The reception area is one kilometer away, making it inconvenient for those with luggages and small children. Hakata station is 13 to 15 minutes away by foot. The place is very clean and spacious. Facilities and amenities are aplenty. I can recommend the place if you don’t mind the distance.

More than Reasonable Price”
Well, I chise this place for reasonable price at first. However, it turned out more than that. With luggages, it is about 15mins walk from Hakata station. Other than that, it is quite a space compared to common Japanese accomodations. So clean, nice shower room and a seperate toilet. I will definitely not hesitate to use it again. Ah, I wish the check-in time would be 3PM someday soon. It was hard to keep the luggages till 5PM.

Airbnb style with a twist”
1. Reception area is 25min from the hotel. If you need help, you will need to go to the reception. Email help is not useful as the email is centrally managed by a group of staff not at the reception area. 2. Provide only one set of towel for each occupant. We happen to stay for 4 days and there is no change of towels. I have stayed in airbnb before and they provide enough towels for use throughout the duration of stay. 3. They do not provide extra bags for thrash. Thrash bags are small and are full with thrash after two days. We ended paying for them to change the towels, clear the thrash and bedlinen. 4. No kettle in the room, we need to see if there are kettles at the entrance. We ended with no kettle for the first night and had to wait for another room to return the kettle before we had one. 5. There is a kitchenette but we need to rent the pots and pans. 6.Need to pay for bedroom slippers (you will need one as the floor is really cold. The heating is not working really well)

Great room - but not perfect”
The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable enough and the pillows were on the firmer side. However, I was staying on the second floor and the Wi-Fi was awful for that floor.

It's more like a rented apartment. No front desk, check in is at a location across town. No daily clean service, and no english instructions on how to operate the numerous appliances. Its main appeal is closeness to train station and size.
