Excellent capsule hotel! ”
It was my second experience in a capsule hotel and this one was really good. Everything was well done actually. From the desk to the bathrooms, trough the sleeping area, everything was well thought and cared for. All I needed was provided, and more! (Like a travel adapter for my phone). A great point for me was the quietness. I could sleep very well, it was just super quiet. No noise coming from outside, no cracking floors or banging doors... A delight after a long day of walking around! But the best part was the staff. I met three different people at the desk over my stay and they all were outstanding. Friendly, helpful, warm... Even though I was alone in a foreign land I felt like I had some friends taking care of me. They provided everything I needed, they really helped me well, with warmth. Amazing service. I never write reviews but because of them I wanted to do it. I thought they really deserved a shout out.

It's nice place with comfortable cosy bed. Nice and clean cabin are with nice shower room. 2 bad points, no kitchen area for eating and the key system lacks logic. You have to give locker key to staff when leaving and also the shoe box locker key u must give. So if the staff are not there you have to wait. Not logical system to be honest.

No onsen in Nakasu ”
The Agoda listing showed photos of an onsen but that was for the Hakata station location. There were just shower stalls for Nakasu. Inside the capsule, the ceiling was a touch low compared to newer ones.

This hostel was ok but the facilities seemed quite old and could have been a bit cleaner in my opinion. TV's also weren't working when I stayed.

Suitable overnight stay!”
Budget-friendly yet complete facilities for overnight stay whether it is for business or next day flight since you can just take the subway to the airport right in front of the hotel. However, one of the staffs was unprofessional as I was not brief in detailed over the procedures when going out during check-in. I hope this aspect can be further improved to ease the experience. Thank you.

Best Location in Fukuoka.”
If you want to explore the Nightlife at Fukuoka, Nakasu, Kawabata Shopping Arcade, Kushida Shrine & Canal City, this hostel is the perfect location. Accessible also by Subway Train to Hakata and Fukuoka Int'l Airport. The cabin / capsules are superbly clean. You need to check out every afternoon for their General Cleaning. No wonder this hostel is very clean! They provide drinking water, Shower Robe, Toiletries. Toilets are magnificent! They have even a Library of Anime/Mangas upstairs while you can cook & eat your foods. Friendly staff, can barely understand English. Definitely Highly recommended Hostel/Capsule in Fukuoka.

Great for a short stay”
I stayed at two Hotels including Wells Cabin. Both were in the price ranges. I definitely prefer Wells Cabin. Location is really good. It is located 'right next' to the subway exit. Employees did not speak English well, but were very kind and helpful. I don't speak a word in Japanese, but did not have problem. All the amenities were free. (The other one I put up at charged 70 yens for a towel) There is a small television in each capsule. There is a spacious lounge in the upstairs. Employees empty trash baskets frequently. Will use it again.

Perfect Location”
This Capsule Hostel is exceptional! Best Location at Nakasu, Fukuoka. Exit No. 2 at Nakasukawabata Station at Airport Subway Link. Walking distance to the Kushida Shrine and Canal City, Nakasu RedLight District Restaurants and Convinience stores. Very Clean Facilities, but you need to leave at 11AM because of their General Cleaning, and back at 4PM. But that is ok, it is very clean! Highly recommended for Solo Travelers :D

Excellent location as this capsule hotel is located in the busiest area in Nakasu, Fukuoka. Facilities include a locker/changing room area, lots of restrooms and showers and a spacious sleeping pod area. The main purpose of this capsule hotel is actually for locals to rest for a few hours after work or before they attend evening gatherings, but of course it is also a economic alternative for tourists like me to stay for a night. Not the best hotel I've seen (facilities could be newer and cleaner) but definitely worth considering if you are looking for a simple place to stay overnight.

Capsule hotel in Nakasu”
The Resort Capsule Hotel Well Cabin met my needs. It is exactly the location in Nakasu I wanted to be at. The price is great and the staff is extremely well trained, helpful, and very nice. The only downside as with any capsule hotel is you can hear every breath the other customers make and if you are a light sleeper may be an issue. Secondly they are very strict about the rules and no food or drink can be consumed in your capsule, so every time you want a drink, you are supposed to get up and go to a different common area room for this. A slight inconvenience.
