I booked a Deluxe Room with Pool Access as well as Deluxe Suite King for my stay. I enjoyed spending quality time with my family at hotels in Sentosa, but I think Equarius Hotel tops it all off. The lounge area was pretty spacious and big to accomodate peak hour guests. It was airy and bright and it was indeed a pleasant wait. Moving on the rooms, DSK had a very HUGE SPACE and had an outdoor garden like balcony. If you have young children like me, it was a very nice experience as you get to soak in the sounds and sight of nature. At night you get to stargaze with your curious little ones. Our DK with pool access was very spacious as well and the straight access to the pool was lovely. My children look forward to dipping into the pool every morning. Equarius Hotel staffs are knowledgable, warm and friendly. I have to give a special mention to Seetha. There was a minor hiccup in my booking but she was patient and kind to listen to my concerns and was able to help me resolve the issue. I apprieciated how she provided options in the rooms and suggested some of her ideas according to her expertise. Finally, those who are driving in. The carpark is easily accesible to the main lobby. And not to worry, they have ramps for those who are on wheelchairs. All in all the stay was brilliant and I look forward in booking at Equarius again ❤️

Compared to the other brother hotels, the location of Yi Hao is the best location that is both lively and quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the swimming pool is also very good. When it was a child's birthday, the hotel even prepared a surprise chocolate. The staff are very nice. The food here is average, but it seems that not only Yi Hao, but also the other hotels nearby are the same. Many people go to the nearby Malaysian food street to eat. We tried it once, and it was really, really bad. It can't be compared to the great food in mainland China. Apart from the inconvenience of food on this island, everything else is still good.

The staff online and in the hotel are very responsive and friendly, especially Josh who escorted and oriented us to the room. The Check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel is quiet and there is a great view of the forest from the balcony. The room was very spacious even with an extra bed. The bathroom was humungous - with a separate shower room, a large bathtub and even a small TV. All toiletries were provided. Wi-Fi is free, and connectivity is good. We were able to use the same wi-fi all around Sentosa, even at Universal! The hotel is a little away (5 mins walk) from the Monorail / Casino / Universal. However, there were shuttle buses running every few minutes from morning 9 to night. The hotel did arrange buggies for us at other times. The first morning, we ate breakfast at the Tangerine hotel (located in the Equarius villas section). It is a set menu, and they accommodated us with a vegetarian breakfast. For the next 2 days, we preferred the buffet breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe. The buffet spread is pretty lavish with live counters pancake, waffles, egg options, noodles, stir fry, an indian item (idli - sambar/ naan - curry) , fruits, hash brown/tater tots, fresh juices, selection of pastries, breads, yoghurt, and even overnight oats. The concierge helped us book tickets (with hotel discounts) and was very helpful in providing suggestions for attractions to visit. The room service was really top notch. Water was replenished everyday. Best of all, the new water tetra packs were placed where we consumed them (near the bed/sofa etc.). Rooms were cleaned when we were away and pantry items (coffee/ tea bags/ mugs) replaced promptly. Overall one of the most enjoyable hotel stays ever!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially those helping to clean the room. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There are also 2 options for breakfast - ala carte buffet at Equarius and International buffet at Ora Hotel. The shuttle bus to the RWS area for the Sentosa express train also has high frequency, making it convenient for guests to go to where the actions in Sentosa are.

A very big thank you to Zong and team, Josh, Gabrielle, Hazel, Kelvin and all the other butlers and staff who made our stay such a hassle-free and memorable one. Zong called and emailed me the day before to provide useful info on how to drive into Sentosa with the QR code. They then kindly went out of their way to surprise my nephew with room decorations and a birthday cake. The next day happened to be Fathers' Day and again the team outdid themselves by surprising us with a card, cake and some gifts for the three fathers in our family. Butler service was excellent with extremely knowledgeable phone operators and butlers who obviously knew their stuff and could answer every single query/request, ever ready to shuttle us everywhere within the resort. The villa was very luxurious and clean (which is not easy as the place is huge and we have encountered villas in other hotels that were not so clean, especially the private pool). A testimony to the excellent operations of this hotel. Our gratitude once again to Zong and team for making our stay one that we'll remember for life!
