"One of my favourite hotels in Pattaya. The pool area is the best I have ever seen, even it is a bit aged by now. However, I come here many times by now and plan come again next year. The rooms are ok and the staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for german customers. There are many restaurants nearby selling german style food. The rooms are clean and quiet."

"We stayed at the Dusit Hua Hin last year for our anniversary, but this year we thought we'd try the Pattaya location. From parking the car to walking into the lobby, it's a rush of "nice." The place just smells nice. There is an obvious emphasis to detail here. The room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom great. Rain shower. Nice big balcony. I think this is better than the other hotels in Pattaya of similar rankings. Reason is, this one is actually "on the beach," AND it is also on the main bay, overlooking all the other hotels which are NOT on the beach. So you have the best of it all. You walk down to the ground level and go to the beach right out your door. No crossing the street. Then, from your balcony, you sit and enjoy the great view of the Pattaya Bay with all the activity and the cool "Pattaya" sign lit up at night. Food wasn't that great we don't think. I think they have the effort, but need some new recipes. Not sure. It was just missing the wow factor. The pool was nice. Tennis courts on the water. Great view. Good service. Really clean. We'll be back again. "

"This hotel is really nice. We enjoyed everything they offered -- very nice room, jacuzzi on the balcony, 2-level swimming pool with slider, breakfast buffet was really great, cocktails were nice. The only 2 things that forced me to put only 3 stars for locations are 1) a municipal canal that runs through the backside of the hotel before the beach (water in that canal is nasty), and 2) other hotels surrounding this great place are really dilapidated. But, the good experience we got from our stay was far better than these disadvantages on its location. I would definitely return!"

The staff are absolutely beautiful, So helpful and friendly always there to help make your stay at sunshine garden resort as enjoyable as possible. "excellent hotel with big spacious five star quality rooms.Food excellent and location is very good.You can spend one week in the hotel itself.Never been to such a good hotel.Many places to go in the hotel like lazy river,beach,gardens,swimming pool,children game parlour,fitness center etc. Must stay for all as this is the best hotel in Pattaya. "This report could be simply expressed with the words “ stay here”. I have been a guest at the Siam Bayshore Pattaya hotel 4-5 times this year already. I use the term ”been a guest” because this hotel goes out of its way to make you feel "a guest". This is simply the best hotel I stay in , in Asia. My work takes me to pretty much all corners of the globe and as a result I stay allot of nights in hotels of various quality and service levels. The Siam Bayshore Pattaya really does try and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as they can. The staff are brilliant, always smiling, helpful and very very happy to help with anything. This of course reflects on the management at this hotel as you don’t get exemplary service in the hotel business if you don’t have outstanding hotel management. Siam Bayshore Pattaya could best be described as close to everything but far from the madness… it’s close to all the restaurants and bars on Walking street but its far enough away that at night sitting by the pool it’s just you and the occasional chirp of geckos and crickets. The pool area is very relaxing and nice for adults with fun theme slide for young ones. They have a great poolside drink and food menu as well.. Rooms are very clean and well appointed with lots of room…. get a pool side room…its worth it. Its little details I like and things like a little well lit magnifying mirror to shave by next to the basin, things like internet which is blazingly quick, things like afternoon cookies which they drop off… So many hotels tell you they offer great service but rarely do they deliver. The Siam Bayshore Pattaya just does it constantly.. every time. In writing this I’m trying to offer the reader a balanced view and also mention some things that the hotel could do better or improve on… but I’m scratching my head to think of any with this hotel….. If your coming to Pattaya then the Siam Bayshore Pattaya is the place to stay whether you’re here on business or vacation . "

"Second time staying here just after 2months from our first stay. We first celebrated our baby’s birthday last time and this time we brought my parents and my uncle’s family. Now that it’s my husband’s birthday, I know this was the perfect place to stay again and celebrate. Special mention to Ms. Gerlie from the Front Desk who did a REALLY, really great job in helping me out plan a surprise for my husband and execute it perfectly. Special thanks to Meme and Khun Jeak for the wonderful Florist set-up and most especially to Khun Prin for our room upgrade to Executive room. It was definitely a cherry on top! Their executive room has the best view of the ocean and the pool. The bathtub was both my daughter’s favorite. *Make sure to try out their executive rooms when you book with them to make your stay much more perfect. Also, thanks to Pat from the front desk as well for the extrabed! Everyone here is soooooo kind and considerate! You guys are amazing! Our family loved the beach bar, the swings and the lounge by the beach! Every angle was surely instagrammable! We made sure to hangout by the beach during afternoons to witness the best view of the sunset in Pattaya. Really can’t reiterate how perfect this place is and their staff. Thank you to Angelo for the wonderful service by the beach bar by the way. Only con was that there were some plastic and trash by the shoreline sometimes. This could have been brought about by the surrounding establishments as well. Hope the management could do something about it and the guests could help as well by doing their part and not leave any little trash behind. All in all, this would definitely be our go-to hotel in Pattaya especially in celebrating special occasions in our family. They truly exceeded our expectations! Gerlie is an asset to this hotel. "one of the best hotels that we have stayed in thailand. beautiful pool, clear salt/chlorine and great for kids. we got a great deal through agoda. if not 5 star definitely 4.9 star :) you walk onto the beach from the hotel and there are three fabulous swimming pools. the hotel layout and architecture is very nice indeed with thai flavors through out the hotel features. i particularly liked the gardens. also the way they have built the hotel you get more of a community feel to the hotel rather than being locked up in a room somewhere. this hotel is excellent if you want to have a relaxing stay and it is not too far from the center of pattaya. the food is definitely tailored to the western customers. the only comment on the down side is the people at the reception when we checked in. they wanted every detail and was not satisfied until i opened my laptop and got the agoda booking printed out. i think if they smile a bit more everything would be perfect. all in all i love this hotel....a thai gem."
