The place is just near the airport, which is very comfortable for an overnight stay. The staffs are very good in speaking English that's why it's very easy to communicate with. The AC in the room was very good. There's a free soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and disposable toothbrush, and coffee mix. Also with a free bottled water, and free to use hair dryer, electric kettle, and water glasses. And with free breakfast at 6am. The only thing that I can give 5-out of-10 is the bathroom, for me even though its clean, it still look a little bit dirty like a public restroom. But overall I was very satisfied and for sure comeback to stay here in my next visit in Yangon.

Very nice staff and a nice back jard-like living room to hang out. The location almost side by side to the Airport is just perfect if you have to go there and check the flights all the time like we, because of covid-19 all do at the moment... take care and stay healthy!

A good choice for transferring ”
It's not too far by walking to airport from hotel. But the dining room is different with the photo. The windows can't be opened because no screen windows. We should open the air conditioner not windows. The staffs are kind and helpful.

My only suggestion is to clean the bathroom well gthe toilet bowl is ok though). But the walls are with molds and grime..

Great staff. Great location but mosquito problem”
Located an easy walk away from the Airport Roly's was quiet and comfortable except for a serious mosquito problem. I'm not bothered by mosquitoes usually but the problem at Rolys was so bad (perhaps because of the nearby landfill that my private room had a mosquito tent on the bed itself. I kid you not. you actually sleep in a mosquito tent placed on the bed in your private room. even doing so and ensuring the windows where tightly shut I still killed over 60 mosquitoes after my afternoon arrival before going to bed on my single night stay. I plugged up some small gaps around the door and opening the door only for a few seconds in order to go out for dinner still resulted in another squadron of them rushing in. I've never experienced anything like it in my whole 7 years of continuous travel. I can say however the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pro Good location closed to ariport. It takes about 500 meter, possible by walk. Breakfast quite okay bread and egg and coffee or juice. Cloesd to local restaurant 50 m (CK restaurant) others also near. Cons Cleanlines is not good at the toilet. You pay what you get, dont expect much. Beware of you people if afraid of a dogs. Because they have about 3 or 4 dogs. Actually the dogs is not harm.

Good for value, that's it”
Mosquitoes, sink didn't have running water, you will hear every noise outside including dogs barking at 1am, staff talking and listening to music on smartphones at 6am. Luckily I had ear plugs , used water from shower head, got bit a few times before camping out on bed under mosquito net 4 hours before bedtime. Very convenient location, good value if you don't complain much, have ear plugs, can go to bed early or have good mosquito repellent. There's dirt that will get tracked in from outside cause it's Myanmar, dirt everywhere, bring slippers. Should be considered a temp layover to or from airport.

Saving money near the airport”
The only reason I stayed here was to catch my 7 am flight the next morning. There is no other reason to stay here. It's just a bed with 4 walls. I walked to the domestic terminal in 20 minutes.

Close to airport but a bit grim”
Don’t take card, and exchanges don’t take £. Full of mosquitoes, smelt damp, mould in the shower/toilet cubicle. Bed was hard. But the staff are nice, and you can walk 15-20 mins from the airport. 2 greasy eggs and fruit is breakfast, with toast and tea if you want. It is what it is.
