Since it is in Chinatown, the location was convenient and somewhat busy, but for just two nights, it was fine. I went there for New Year, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

This place is unreal! 1stly the staffs working here deserve a 6 star customer service award comparable to alot of international hotel's staffs. Friendly and professional. Next is the cleanliness. Everyday not only did they sweep the floor, they also mop with antiseptic solution. (Bear in mind that the living area floor are so clean that you can sleep on it. We are not allow to wear shoes into the living areas). The only setback is that to access this hostel, be prepared to climb the stairs. I'll suggest to the owners to repair and upgrade some of the amenities. Other than that I think this place is really awesome

Reasonable price and very near famous attractions”
Stayed here for 3D2N. Given that SG is very expensive, the price in this hostel is already reasonable if you only want a place to sleep or stay after touring SG. It was also very near MRT, Bus stations, souvenir shops, and the famous Maxwell Hawker Center. The staff were also accommodating. I had an early check out and they let me leave my bag in their reception until before 6:30pm (closing of the reception). I must stay that the main shower and toilet was so spacious that you can even dance inside (did not do it ofcourse lol HAHAHA). Staying here on a tight budget is okay. I just hope that they put at least a curtain in their upper bank beds for some privacy to the guests while sleeping, and put some water dispenser for cold drinks as they only have warm (which is still hot) and hot water dispenser. Other than that, I am already satisfied.

The cheapest and reasonably-priced hostel in Singapore. A very convenient location in front of the Chinatown MRT station exit and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly, but the reception closed at 6:30 PM, so they sent an e-mail for the late check-in instructions. The shower and toilet are a bit old, and they are not provided with either toiletries or towels. The upper bunk bed didn’t have a curtain, so there was no privacy for the guests.

She is easily contactable through whatsapp, thorough with explaining details, and careful when dealing with visitors' belongings. - There is a microwave, refrigerator and hot water kettle in the pantry - Enough showers per floor - VERY near chinatown MRT station - Lockers are available for valuables and other items Cons: - may be noisy at night because of location.
