"Good sized room with private bathrooom. Kind of a maze to get to your flat, also the numbering of floors and flats does not help, but when you get used to that, it's fine. The venue is nice and seems to be renewed very recently. There is no air conditioning anywhere, as these flats are mostly used by students in winter, so if you travel during hot days in summer, it could be warm inside as well. Anyway, it's great value for money for short trips in Edinburgh."

"The communal areas are really nice decorated and the rooms were pretty basics and was relatively unattractive, but somehow clean, gotta share the bathroom and the showers with few other rooms but it's not so bad. it's easy to walk to the spots, the restaurants, the shops. also, the royal mile itself is an aged street. All along the royal mile is full of really nice cafés, restaurants and pubs. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And it's easy to get to the airport by bus which leaves from round the corner.
