Although, it's far from the station and tourist spots but their free shuttle bus is exceptional, it is not 24/7 but it's understandable. They will drop off/pick you up on their Tsuen Wan station's designated area and there's a lot of places to eat and shop from there. If you already understand their train system, schedule and direction, it will be easy for you to go places. From Airport to Hotel: Ride A38 bus then get off in Ting Kau Bus stop, then use an overpass bridge to get on the other side of the road, then walk (approx. 10mins) ahead until you reach the Hotel. If you have an elderly with you, I suggest to take a taxi from the airport. Hotel to Airport: If you only have a hand carry baggage, it's okay to use their bus, but if you have a heavy baggages, you might need to use a taxi. Then Tsuen Wan - Lai King - Tsing Yi - Airport. I suggest, you go 2-3 hrs earlier before your flight. Tips for first timers: -Do not hold the line at all times. -Do not ask the same question if they did not respond at the first time. Some locals do not speak English. -If they ask you, I typically say "no" if I do not understand. -Always go with restaurants/shops that has a translation, to avoid misunderstanding. - 🩷 love always.
