Great Cruise with Several Small Problems ”
We had a fantastic cruise with Royal Wings but the small problems and with so much comptetion, I'd suggest the company needs to make improvements. Great location and cruise. Itinerary was excellent with amazing views of the bay. Staff were helpful and friendly in person and in corresponding to emails before the cruise. I requested vegetarian meals and received a full menu beforehand, on arrival on the cruise, they had no idea of my request. Meals were very good but nothing close to the menu they had sent me, which I had been looking forward to. The jacuzzi in our room wouldn't fill with water and it would leak out, I did report it but we ran out of time to use it or move to another room. We had a fancy electronic toilet with a lot of extras but those couldn't be used as the electrics didn't match the socket to plug it in. Good food, activities, The Bay with it's views and wonderful staff made for a memorable trip. Just a few small issues that the company should address.

Run down and old boat”
Staff and service from staff: The staff were very nice and they gave us 5-star treatment. I have no complaints about everyone. Ha Long Bay: Very beautiful and the trip was worth the time and effort. Boat: The ship is run down and old, not worthy of this cruise being rated 5-star. They need to update the ship, repaint it, replace bathroom fixtures. I would rate the ship worthy of 3-star, not 5-star. Food: Just average food, nothing special. I have no complaints about the food, but for a 5-star cruise, I was hoping for better food variety and more plentiful meals. You have to pay $3 USD for water for every meal you have. I do not recommend this cruise.

No Wifi”
Everything was absolutely great about this boat except for the fact that it doesn't have wifi even though the listing says that it does. The staff said that it used to have it but it didn't work well so they no longer have wifi. Other than that everything else was amazing.

Great service! Worth two days.”
Although most guests only stayed one night, the second day was definitely the highlight of our trip. Although we had to go on a day boat for the entire day, it was comfortable and took us to more secluded areas for swimming and kayaking.

punctuality poor, English can be revised, food first day not good rest of days and on day boat fantastic. when they are late, they should give a complimentary drink , not just giving people 33 cl of water after some guests complain.

No merece la pena pagar tanto”
La suite está muy bien decorada y limpia pero el agua para ducharse corre a penas no hay wifi aunque ponía que si televisor no hay señal. Laa comidas no están mal pero las bebidas carísimas. Las dos excursiones no merecen la pena excepto el paseo en barca el resto nada ni bañarse ni kayak.

Muy bueno el servicio en general, la comida estuvo de 10, la atención del staff y guias tambien! Fuimos en febrero y hacia mucho frio y habia niebla por lo tanto hubo cosas que no pudimos hacer y disfrutar! Recomiendo ir en verano!

Wi-Fi很差，基本可以說沒有，一直連不上。KTV 10.30PM 就結束 不讓繼續使用。餐廳不包含飲料，服務員一直讓你買酒水飲料，連一杯水都收錢。

가족 추석 연휴”
말이 5성급이지 너무 낡은 배더군요. 갑판에서 저녁 부페를 먹는데 너무 어두워서 휴대폰 조명으로 밝히고 먹었습니다. 오직어낚시를 한다고 가보니 한명도 없고 물속에서 아무것도 안잡힙니다. 식사할때 물과 음료, 술이 매우 비싸게 팔더군요. 다시는 안타고 싶습니다.

가성비 괜찮은 크루즈”
다만 선착장에서 배를 타려면 높이가 상당한 계단을 여러 계단을 오르내려야 하므로 연세 드신 분들이 있는 가족이나 팀은 좀 고려해야 할 것 같습니다 직원들 서비스도 좋고 객실도 괜찮은 편 아니 훌륭합니다. 식사도 그냥 먹을만하지 그리 감동적인 수준은 아니구요

현지 휴일과 겹쳐 베트남 가족들이 반, 외국인이 반. 베트남인 우선에 엄청 시끄러움. 담당 가이드 설명 대충함. 셔틀버스 늦는데 답도 없음. 아데나 크루즈가 옆팀 이었는데 가이드 완전 비교됏ㄹ음.
