Excellent”

A very decent hotel with great service. Had mentioned in reservation that I would arrive early and they managed to get the room ready straight away which is a great feeling and impression. All the staffs (receptionist, doorman, cleaning lady, restaurant staff) are all very friendly. The room is quite stylish and exactly the same as the photos shown on the web. I love the those mirrors at the basin and there's also a curtain for separation between the washroom and bed if required. The minibar is now not free as previous guest mentioned but there's no big deal. The TV channels I personally suggest may add a few more local channels like "CBC, SETTV, CTi, etc). The food variety and quality on breakfast was great, I do especially love the spicy black fungus which is very tasty. Definitely would book again when visit to Taipei.

I had the best service here”

Stayed in Taiwan for 7nights. Stayed 2 nights in S hotel. Best choice made. Service was impeccable.. The service staffs came running to our transport immediately with 2 umbrellas. 1 of them held the umbrella for us while the other was unloading our luggage. Our luggage was mad heavy from our shopping. Didn't pant nor complain. Service staff were mostly young and good looking dudes who would smile and offer their help with transport or any help in finding directions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and quite techy. Love the service, could tell that the staffs love working there and their job. Well done S hotel management. Please continue to keep your staff happy so we will continue to have this impeccable service. Can't wait for our next visit. Thanks to the concierge service rendered at the exit. You guys were marvelous!!

Very Stylish Hotel”

If you can only taste the design, it would be Michelin-star-delicious! The interiors are fun and quirky yet functional and comfortable. Super loved the heated bidet toilet seats! Rooms come with motorized black out curtains AND blinds. Pillows and duvet are made of down feathers. Location is great too! Easily accessible by public and private transportation. Retail and restos nearby. The hotel recommended us to a spa walking distance that offered excellent Taiwanese foot massage. Breakfast wasnt very good but there is a wide selection.

the soft and hardware outweight the price. The satff are very helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. Next time I will definitely choose the S hotel for Taipei stay.

Beautiful & Artsy Hotel”

The hotel is very artsy with many cool paintings and beautiful interior. The bathroom has exceptional design. The location is easy to reach. Hotel staffs are very helpful and speak fluent English. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m back to Taipei!

Once you enter the hotel, you get the sense of entering someone’s home. The lobby feels like ones’ living room, with furniture placed for the comfort of lounging and books (real ones) which you could read. The staff were very helpful, adjusting to your needs and enquiring with discretion if your travels plans and offered recommendations without being pushy. They were super helpful in getting taxis for me during my stay and translating words from traditional Chinese to English for me. The rooms were well designed, great use of space and useful decor. They have international power sources, big plus point and also included English words for all the buttons in the room. The food in the bar was amazing, I recommend folks try the taster platter before ordering a main dish, just so you do not miss out! Will definitely be back with my girlfriends next time, and thank you for a amazing first experience.

love the design”

overall stay is satisfied. this is definitely not a traditional hotel design. You will be amazed by the modern design. Surrounded by many banks. not convenient for street food or night market. Mostly the staff is friendly and i feel warm and welcome, except for the concierge that attended me during check-in. If you expecting a wide range of breakfast menu, this is not the right hotel for you.

Friendly staff and so clean room”

Very impressive that the staff are very helpful and friendly, and very clean room, convenient in commuting as not far from Taipei Area Station Well decorated and thematic I would love to go back to this hotel again.

Pleasant hotel stay”

Liked the design & feel of the Hotel, big room size, bright & chic with nice touches. Staff were friendly & responsive and hotel is very clean too. Has a nice gym ..... overall, aesthetically pleasing. Price includes breakfast, free snack bar with soft drink, and Nespresso machine + capsules. For business traveller, it is a very pleasant place to stay in as the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. However, for those looking for tourist centric activities, this place would be a little too quiet and the nearest MRT is around 10-12mins walk away. But if one do not mind walking a little, it's a nice hotel to stay in.

Design Digs Doesn't Disappoint”

Wonderful design and quirky concepts - imagination is at play here, from the curated lobby to the foyers for each floor that reek of chic and ambience. True to the local culture of local beauty products, there's even a free face mask for hotel guests, aside from the high end toiletries. The stylish gym, complete with a moose head, is unique and very appealing.

The room is fantastic, very bright and chic. The bed is very comfy. Totally fall in love with the design of the washroom with 360 degrees of mirror around you. Probably this would not be very fond by the male traveller but definitely the female traveller. The staffs are very nice and attentive with great smiles! Will definitely stay there again for my next visit

Friendly staff, clean interior design, female-friendly room setting with more than enough mirrors to look at your reflections ;D Love waking up to the full window glass and the B&O Beolit's bluetooth speaker! it's a 10min walking distance to the nearest subway station, a few convenience stores and banks right across the street. Highly recommend this place!

Small cosy boutique hotel”

Stayed 4 nights with a child in tow. In terms of location it is still quite a walk away from the MRT, not really suitable particularly since it's raining every day in Taipei. I thought the breakfast selection was quite fascinating. Hot food was pretty much the same every day but the cold food selection is actually quite tasty. Service was actually quite good. There was a foul smelling in our room on the second night and they changed our room almost immediately. Very sincere and apologetic, the 2 guys helped carry all our things over (which were in bits and pieces). Whenever we came back to the hotel, they were also always around to open the door and greet us with a smile. All in all, it was a pleasant experience in this hotel

Great location with huge windows and attention to details”

Pro: Free parking. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great room layout (huge windows) Convenient location. Shower was warm and water pressure was quite strong. Lots of mirrors which makes the room seem extra spacious. All rooms equipped with B&O speakers. For consideration: May request for separate room if you don’t like the room blowing over your head. Some parts of the room is not cleaned, but these are not as noticeable. Bathroom shower space is kinda small. Overall would recommend a stay here if the price is reasonable.

A nice boutique hotel in a quiet area.”

Tried this hotel for the first time. It was converted from an old building. The layout of certain rooms are quite unique, I don't quite like it. Some people may think it is a model design. Overall, a good new selection for Taipei.

Cool hotel design and good service”

Cool design inside and outside the room. Favorable for couples. Still ok for family and kids enjoyed the room facilities so much(even the bath room doors are a bit heavy for them) Breakfast is good enough even choices are limited as it's more concentrated on quality. Room size is good for the price. Service is good but still have room of improvement (still in hotel trial run period)

Stylist boutique hotel next to MO”

Cool design of hotel lobby and restaurant. Room was well designed to make good use of space. Staff needed better training and to interact more professionally with guests. WiFi was really weak and unstable.

Very good”

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The overall appearance of the room and interior design of the hotel is chic and stylish. Love the scent at the lobby. The front desk agent needs some training. They weren't attentive and not well train. During my stay at the hotel there was issues with the bathroom sink the water was leaking. I tried to call the staff on the phone but I called three times nobody pick up the phone. The bathroom leaking issue they did do a good job of handling the issue with the resources that they have at that moment.

Overall, a very satisfactory stay with only a couple of teething issue (needed to call 3 times before my room was cleaned & the master switch was not working so I needed to call someone to help switch off lights at 1.30am). I will recommend this hotel to all my colleagues.
