• Please present your passport along with a valid entry visa during the check in process. • We are only liable for money or valuables left for villa Butler. • The housekeeper only cleans the villa. If customers cook, please do the washing-up. If not, please pay 30usd surcharged/ day. • A standard number of towels and water bottles are set up daily. Please tell our housekeepers the time you want to clean up and change towels. (Time for clean: from 9am to 3pm). • Pets are not allowed. • Lock the door carefully and turn off all the electrical devices and lights when coming out the Villa. Please self-preserve your property and money. • It is not allowed to bring guns, toxic weapons, explosives, narcotics or substances on the State's banned substances list into the villa. • Do not move or change the position of furniture and equipment in the villa. If damage occurs, the customer will have to compensate according to the property value. • Please come to check in with the number of people registered. If there are any changes or additions, please notify the staff in advance. • Deposit at check-in is USD 100. This amount will be refunded immediately upon check-out if no problems arise. • Check in time: from 2p.m. • Check out time: before 12p.m. • Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to villa availability and will additional charges applied.

“It was great 5beds villa for big family”
We stayed at J8. It was beach front. We had own swimming pool big enough for 11 family. 5 beds (each room have bath room. shower. 3 of them had bath tub, too). The size of villa was huge. 1ST FLOOR had extra 2 bathrooms for every body.
