“Loved our stay”
We stayed in a familyroom as family of five. We had one double bed, one single bed and one sofabed. The hotel is located beautifully right at the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants and shops, yet it it still very quiet (at least where the family rooms are). Except for a group of guys from Netherlands banging on there hotel door and yelling to open the door to someone inside we had very quiet nights. They only clean your room when you ask for it, but do leave necessities in the basket at your door daily (think water bottles and toilet paper) which is great. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is more then plenty and delicious. The only thing that was a little less good were the beds. They were quit hard, but that isn't strange in Thailand. The free shuttle to and from the pier is super easy to use. Sairee itself is quite busy, if you're looking for a secluded and peaceful part of koh tao then sairee might not be the best location. But for us as a family it was the perfect location because we didn't rent a scooter to get around and had to rely on taxi's.
