Going to Gyeonggi-do, Danang City for a 6-night and 8-day schedule~~ Among that, spending 2 nights and 3 days in Quy Nhon. Finally, it's D-Day, feeling excited ♡ Ah... where should I start and how... Anyway, I feel like Vietnam is just perfect for me ♡♡♡ After a comfortable 7-hour ride on a sleeping bus, we arrived late at night in Quy Nhon~ With sudden pouring rain, while trying to find Grab, a taxi suddenly appeared! It kindly took us straight to the hotel ^^ Awesome ♡ Entering the hotel~ The scent feels like~~ the fatigue disappears, it's refreshing and the welcoming is pleasant, and the kindness of the staff waiting for us moved me again ♡ A porter kindly carried our heavy luggage to the room~ The suite we booked is amazzzing!!!!!!!!!!!! :@@@@ It's even more luxurious and beautiful than in the photos. The amenities are super high-end, oozing luxury. Above all, the view, the view, the view~~~~ Absolutely stunning ♡ The vast ocean seen from the terrace, wow~~ it’s insane, I feel like there's nothing to be jealous of in this world ♡ However..... my body just had to choose this moment to have a stomachache, suffering... With a short schedule, even though I'm sick, there are places I need to go, let’s do this!! Dragging my sick body to the lobby while waiting for Grab, I felt really touched... There's an employee named Trang whose attentiveness and kindness were so overwhelming it made one wonder how a person could think like that. Her sincere expression was heartwarming ♡ She made me realize how much one person's kindness can significantly impact the hotel's image ♡ With that overwhelming touch, we managed to complete our schedule ^^ On the way, we took a local market tour, which was less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel ^^ Close places like the market and pharmacy were very convenient and good ♡♡♡ Breakfast seemed catered more to travelers in Vietnam, featuring bread, fruit, and porridge (which I shouldn't have eaten with a stomachache ^^) Ah... I want to cut back on my meals... I totally recommend Kiko Beach and Top Doai. After visiting pretty places and returning to the accommodation, all the staff welcomed us with bright smiles, and when we got to the room, the view through the large windows welcomed us again. The bed was comfortable, and I couldn't find anything to complain about, so I pass~ ^^ I rarely write reviews, but the lingering feelings make me smile as if I am still there~ ♡ Two nights and three days were too short at this place... Pros: New, clean and close to the beach. The bell door man ( Mr.Khang was very helpful and delicate to his job). The room was small but very clean and tidy, they take care every small details in the room to make sure you enjoy your stay. It’s was my husband’s birthday and Ms Thao ( from customer service department) prepared for him a cute little cake. We are very appreciate for that. Cons: Receptionists ( Ms Thu & Mr Thien) need to be trained more in hospitality fields, they should say hello to guests instead of waiting for guests to come all the way to them and say hello and tell them their names, our booking date and Ms Thu just told Ms Thien “ you do it”. I can’t see her position under her name tag as it was too small. I don’t need room services during my stays, I just called Room service department for a toilet paper and a tissues pack. However, they took too long without response so I have to call the reception to get it and when they brought the tissue they just gave us a few pieces with their hand ( non hygiene). All others experiences at the hotel was great and lovely, thanks Sala for the service. I recommend this hotel and will return next time. Cheers!
Excellent 4-Star Hotel – Worth Every Penny! We chose this hotel over FLC mainly because breakfast was included, and we have absolutely no regrets. Here's a breakdown of our experience: Check-in & First Impressions: We arrived around 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed early check-in. On top of that, we were given a free upgrade to an ocean view room! While waiting in the lobby, we were treated to a refreshing welcome drink made with herbal tea and dried sweet coconut. Once we got to our room, a staff member knocked on our door and offered us a traditional cake from Bình Định, followed by a beautifully arranged plate of fresh fruit. (Note: we booked two rooms—only one room received fruit, but both received the traditional cake, which was delicious and not overly sweet.) Facilities: The hotel isn’t huge (25 floors), but it’s well-equipped. The rooftop pool and bar on the 25th floor are lovely, though the pool is smaller than it appears in the photos. However, that didn’t affect our overall experience, as we found everything else to be more than satisfying. There’s a daily happy hour from 3–6 PM where you can buy one non-alcoholic drink or draft beer and get one free. There were also plenty of towels available for guests, and we were even allowed to take them back to our rooms. Room: Our room was modern, clean, and came with a bathtub (in the ocean view room). Standard amenities like bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided, along with a mini bar (charged separately). One minor downside: the bathroom didn’t include body lotion, which I hope they consider adding. Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight. My kids were thrilled to find their favorites like bacon, sausages, and strawberry jam, while I thoroughly enjoyed the rice porridge with salted egg. But that was just the beginning—they also served various local dishes! It truly exceeded our expectations. Extra Perks: The hotel provides bikes and umbrellas for guests to borrow. Across the street is a beach with a kids’ playground. They also offer on-site car parking right in front of the building, which is super convenient. Service: The service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt truly cared for during our entire stay. Beyond the Hotel – Local Hospitality: Our entire experience in Quy Nhơn was enhanced by the warmth and generosity of the local people. For example, we joined a snorkeling and paddleboarding tour with a local company—highly recommend them! The tour cost only 230K VND per person (and just 300K if you want drone footage; free if you have 4+ people). The water was crystal clear, and the experience was unforgettable. Here’s what truly blew us away: We accidentally lost a pair of fins in the water and paid 4.4 million VND to replace them. Later that evening, while we were driving back, they called us to say they had found the fins and sent us a full refund. We gave the divers a tip as a thank-you, but we were deeply touched by their honesty and effort. This kind of hospitality is rare and deserves to be celebrated. Final Verdict: We were beyond satisfied with our stay. The combination of thoughtful service, modern comfort, and the genuine kindness of the people made this a memorable trip. If you're heading to Quy Nhơn, skip the big chains and give this hotel a try—you won’t regret it!

Had a great stay at the Sala Quy Nhon. This is a newish hotel in excellent condition. Room was spotless, great amenities, very comfortable and with a great view. Public spaces were all very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was varied and interesting, pool on the small side but in great condition with an amazing view. The location is excellent, metres from the beach, a short walk or grab into the centre of town - close to everything but also out of the central noise. A special word of praise for the staff who, without exception, were very helpful, polite and friendly. The gold medal, however, goes to guest relations officer Như who was super efficient while at the same time displaying the kind of patience, kindness and genuine care that you always hope to find in the very best of hospitality staff. For the excellent price on Agoda, easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam.

I genuinely felt cared for. Second, the location was beautiful—so close to the beach that it only took a few steps to get there, which was super convenient. Third, the staff here were amazing—always smiling, warm, and dedicated. They made everyone feel welcome and at ease.
