The hotel has a unique decoration and is great for taking photos. The facilities have a bit of a dated feel, but it doesn't affect their use or accommodation. The breakfast is super delicious, with different dishes every day, including both Western and Vietnamese cuisine. The staff are friendly and have good English language skills. The room has good soundproofing, and the bed is comfortable and clean.

Hotel is lovely, greeted by the staff during check in. Plenty of cafes nearby. Package we booked came with free 30mins spa and daily high tea. Book your spa early. Cons - there's a flight of stairs to take before the lobby. May not be so ideal for elderly. The staff will help with luggage. 1 thing that made me uncomfortable. During the first day, one of the bellboy brought our luggage to the room. Then he started sharing about tour packages that he (or the hotel) can offer. He was rather persistent even after I rejected and mention that we already got everything booked. To the extent he kept asking to exchange whatsapp. This was a really uncomfortable experience for me.

Hotel location was in the heart of danang but far from beach area.waljable to Han market and most of the place can reach by grab.hotel environment was petty nice and room size is quite big and comfortable.hotel provide afternoon tea with limited choice & place to seat staff is friendly and helpful,all can speak English especially ms Lua ,she is humourous and always check if guest need help .will come back again if visit danang in future.

Lovely long weekend at Sanouva”
We stayed at Sanouva for four nights in April 2024 and it was a thoroughly enjoyable time... the hotel is located very well, and easily accessible... surrounded by streets with small restaurants... the hotel itself is very well presented. The hotel staff, from the front office to the restaurant and the cleaners are all very friendly and very helpful. We had two young children with us and the hotel staff were very accommodating to them as well... our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel catered to our every need... breakfast in the third-floor restaurant was delicious and varied each day and the a la carte menu also varied and delicious... and the kids especially enjoyed the roof-top pool! We fully recommend the Sanouva Danang Hotel ... we very liked Danang and will stay again at Sanouva when we next visit Danang! Thank you everyone at Sanouva for making our stay enjoyable.

Spent our 3 nights with this hotel and received good service from the hotel staff. Room is spacious and clean. Location is convenience within 10 minutes walk to the busy town. Also got complimentary 30 mins spa from the hotel is awesome. They also provided free tea time on the floor with nice city view. Breakfast is good but suggest to have different variety on different day.
