Totally satisfied for this hotel. All staffs are very kind and always helpful for me. And they speaks well in English. Swimming pool on the restaurant floor is quite nice but lil bit small. But all in all, so nice and value for money for sure. You should try this venue!

I just took 2-day stay at this hotel and everything was satisfied. The hotel is peaceful, private and fully- facilitated though we just booked a normal room (not the best type yet). Free breakfast and support when needed. Btw, recommend to stay here if you want a private beach (rather than My Khe).

Very Friendly Staff ”
Santori hotel is really near the airport. So in less than 15 mins (drive) you'll get to the airport and hence need not rush. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and proactive. Though they seem to have only a few staff on duty, they are really very efficient and takes good care of all their guests. They go the extra mile to find out information that you need for example, when we needed to post a mail, they checked for us which is the nearest post office and it's distance etc. Room is really clean! Bed and pillows are really so comfortable- always wish I could sleep longer! Only thing is because we are Muslims, we needed to eat halal food. There isn't any around the hotel area. The nearest was the Indian Family Restaurant which was about 15 to 20 mins drive from Santori Hotel. All in all, it is really really value for money! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in future when I am in Da Nang. :)

Would definitely stay here again. Nice room. Great value for money. We were catching an early morning train and they gave us a take away breakfast and paid for us to be taken to the train station which was very nice of them. The staff were very lovely and the room facilities were good.

The only downside is that the hotel is on a main road which can be busy at times. Steep in compare to the hotels in the area but in my honest opinion, well worth it. Clean, very nice, newly build/renovated place, staff speaks ok English, infinity pool on the top floor, overall it was a great time there.

Room and hotel is good. Location a little far. When in town area Grab or Taxi wont want to Fetch you will get cancel call by Grab many time. Hotel provide Airport transfer which is good, 2 way. Hotel Tour is cheaper than what i found online. Good point as the area seafood is cheaper , way cheaper.

Nice deco of hotel. Nice pool, but really small. Opposite one of the lesser known beach that's not so clean. Many street restaurant but unable to communicate in English or Mandarin. Hotel staff can speak English and they recommend u to places to massage or tours. However what they recommend was on a pricey side as compared to those u find outside or on the net. Overall a pleasant stay.
