Excellent location, tasty breakfast, late check-out”
The immigration officers know this hotel as Seasons Hotel. So when filling the arrival form to clear the Immigration, mention "Seasons Hotel" and not "Seasons of Yangon International Airport Hotel". The hotel is opposite two roads and a car park that faces Yangon International Airport Terminal 2 for international flights. Try not to bring even light luggage if you intend to walk to the hotel as traffic is busy at night of arrival. I walked with small backpack and tote bag since it is only one-day trip in Yangon. By the way, it is not true that the hotel entrance is infested with many mosquitoes. The hotel staff do their best to kill the mosquitoes although one is able to see one or two mosquitoes flying near the anti-mosquito net entrance/exit to/from the rooms. I bought and brought anti-mosquito sachets and anti-mosquito repellent from Singapore for room use and therefore I was able to sleep very well in the luxurious double bedroom. Mineral water is complimentary and it is not true the staff charged guests for drinking the room's mineral water. Breakfast in the Chinese restaurant from 6 am to 9 am is tasty, not oily, and is halal. Fruit is only watermelon with orange juice, water, potatoes and a limited range of rice and noodles and chicken sausage. The restaurant also sells Burmese Chinese herbs such as Burmese moringa and others. The hotel allows late check-out till 2 pm and is suitable for those departing for outbound flights from Yangon between 9.30 am and 9.30 pm as transfer to the airport is between 7 am and 6 pm. Staff do speak English but they are very slow in email responses. I only received their email in response to airport transfers on the day that I checked-out!!! Nevertheless, they are polite, friendly and help guests to travel in Yangon easier. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

Sufficient Rest at quiet Hotel”
This airport hotel delivers sufficient rest and quiet rooms. The light of the lamps next to the bed is centrally controlled. There is no way to switch off the lamps unless there is a power trip. There were two power trips during the length of my stay. I slept for 3 to 4 hours before checking-out for an impromptu flight to Don Mueang from Yangon. The hotel is ideal for 6 hours to one night stay. Expect to pay 4 US Dollars for the cheapest lunch or dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant by cash (US Dollars, Kyat and RMB) or via China's WeChat. The staff is conversant in English and helpful. I will stay here again if I am on transit in Yangon.

good transit hotel with very good service”
We arrived yangon at midnight. The hotel did a very good arrangement to us. Before we arrived, the air-conditioner and hot water for bath were turned on already. The rooms were big and clean. The air-conditioner was quite and cool. We had a good sleep during our stay. During our stay, we did not heard any noise from airplane in our room. The view outside the room was nice and lovely. The buffet-style breakfast served fried rice, fried noodle, plain rice, vegetables, eggs, bread, cake and food. The time is from 0630-0900. The food was not hot, some tourists may be disappointed. For us, it is fine. Overall, we were happy with our stay. if we need to stay near RGN airport, we will choose seasons hotel next time.

Perfect location for an early flight”
Mosquitoes galore. I mean in dry season of early January I would not have expected that. But all doors are wide open including the entrance and pool area, and for some reason it had the most mosquitos of all locations across Myanmar I visited in 2 weeks time from Lake Inle to Ngapali. You heard the staff walk around with their zapping tennis rackets all the time. Bitten badly during the night untill I put the aircon on freezing...and so was I. The breakfast was close to disgusting. Bad watery coffee, just about everything looked and tasted bad. The breakfast room was reminiscent of a high-school classroom. Thought I would have a bad stomach so I really didn't eat much.

If in Transit Yangon best Place ”
With their airport shuttle sure the best choice when you are on transit in Yangon, rather than into the city and blocked roads. Good restaurant and good relaxing spa.

Lost top marks because of one member of staff.”
Stayed at Seasons Hotel four to five times a year & give it 5 Stars eveytime. This time the night porter at reception gets 0 Stars from me & needs to have better manners with guests in future. I’m sure the other young lady at reception would agree too.

Good if you need to catch flight in morning ”
Location wes good for airport pickup and drop off next morning was great Staff were ok Facility not so hot Had a swimming pool but not very inviting rough ground around it dogs wandering about and as an older couple not sure how we would have got in and out no steps, but as only there one night probably not hav used anyway Restaurant breakfast area was a bit grubby Though hotel was over priced for what it is most expensive hotel on our stay But cant fault location If I was flying out next morning would probably use again.

Dated hotel, but very convenient to airport”
The main attribute of this hotel is its location, literally an easy walk to the airport. However, they also provide free shuttle service when requested. The rooms are OK, but quite dated. For example, it's the only place we experienced in Myanmar with ancient electrical outlets that required the old round pin plugs.

Very Accessible”
Great location. Just in front of the airport. Accommodating staff and very helpful and respectful.

OK for transit stay”
The hotel is close to the airport and is about 5 minutes of walk away. Hotel looks good from outside but rooms are old. We reached in the evening and had a morning flight to catch, hence worked out well for us. I would not recommend this hotel for more than 1 night. There is a food complex right in front of this hotel and we had a good dinner there.

location is near airport”
The only pro of this hotel is that it is located near airport. If you ask in the morning, they might have a shuttle that can take you back to the airport. Otherwise, old hotel with lots of mosquitos around. Also no hot water kettle inside the room to make tea.

Above average”
The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location and is quiet. There was no hot water for the shower (the heating unit was not working). There was no tea or coffee making facilities. Poor value compared to other hotels I have stayed in Yangon.

Below average for the money ”
I spent one night in this hotel on Jan 22. Basic bedroom - the mattress is depressed on bith sides of a large bed and the bedsheets appeared used crumbed. Unable to see properly the cleanliness of the bedsheets and bedcover, pillow cases because the bed lights were off whereas the rest of the room lights can be switched on. Maybe that is the purpose so guests unable to see the conditions of the bed clearly!!! However, the mites bite I got on my arms and neck when I lied down on bed tell me that the bed, pillow and sheets are not clean! The bathroom squeezy with the toilet bowl just behind the door and mosquitoes flying around! The aircon is central controlled at night (the remote control is disabled) and it goes on and off intermittently during the whole night! With the unclean mites laden bed and bad air con circulation at night, I was awake whole night! Very disappointed, worst hotel I stayed so far, if not for the location near the International Airport across the road.

Very convenient to the airport, but overall pretty shabby”
If you want the closest possible place to the airport then go for this one, it is just a 5 minute walk, or one minute taxi. But it isn't a great hotel. Pretty rundown feel to it. Not bad for the price though.

Awful experience for stopover”
Had a 7 hour overnight stopover. Typically would stay further but decided to try Seasons the first time. Was given a ground floor room, awoken at 1-2am by a group of Chinese guest shouting down the corridor for 30min, without any staff stopping them. Even knocked loudly on the internal connecting doors, giving me a fright. If you want an overnight rest, you are better off staying the airport.
